Reid's BBQ

Best BBQ I’ve ever had! Their meats are so juicy and delicious. We had sweet potato fries, mac and cheese and cole slaw. All of the sides were so delicious! Super cheesy mac and cheese. We had to drive about 50 minutes to get here and we do not regret the decision! Highly recommend if you are a BBQ Lover!

I love love love this little BBQ pit stop.
I had 2 ribs and the collard greens and tried so hard to finish all but was stuffed. Couldn't even finish the last few bites but omg it's SO good. The greens are easily the best I've ever had, they have a little bite to them but it's not over powering and the ribs... Come on! They aren't "overcooked, fall of the bone" they're "perfectly timed, with a little tug so you know you're eating meat and not mush, fall of the bone" the exact way a rib should be cooked. I love this place and whenever I get near them, I have to go inside and grab something.

The collard greens were the best I've had. The ribs were for me the clear winner being sweet and spicy! They do have Alabama white sauce though I didn't try it. It is the best Southern-style BBQ I've had in the Northeast.

I’m 38 weeks pregnant and I was craving Collard Greens. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got my collard greens.

Everything is so delicious and the Collards lived up to my craving. I will be back and recommending to all my friends.

Love this place. The location is ideal when I am in CT visiting family and friends. I've had the Pulled Pork with Potato Salad and Corn on the Cob, which was delicious. The last time I was there I had the Ribs and again the food was delicious. I'll definitely be going again.

Very good BBQ food! Their new fried chicken sandwich is awesome. Good fries and bbq sauce!

Stopped by for the first time. Looked at tbe menu. The Giant Spare ribs stood out. So i odered. Glad i did. They are moist. Tender but firm enough that they won't break while you hold them up. Its delicious 😋.

Pulled pork and slaw are very good! Pro tip: get your pulled pork plain and bring your own Franks hot sauce.

Reid's BBQ was excellent. Greens were tastefully seasoned. Candied yams vary good. Pulled pork was a pleasant surprise. I think I saved the best for last. The big spareribs were excellent. Very tender and well seasoned . The staff was very friendly and they were covid compliant. Will definitely return again.

There wings are amazing in taste. I’m addicted to getting wings every week. I’ve tried every place around and Reid’s is the best. My kids love the Reid sauce they use. I always get there wings I just wish they balanced the wing as to drum ratio so you get half and half of each. Last order I got all mid sections and no drums so I thought there wings shrunk but I was wrong. Lol there wings are still a great size. Other then that the food is amazing as usual . Thanks Reid’s

Best BBQ in the area by far. Never jad a bad meal there. Fast and great quality. Highly recommend the pulled pork and the brisket. There's a bunch of delicious sauces but truthfully they aren't needed. So much natural flavor sauces won't kill it, it actually enhanced the flavor. You owe it yourself to try it.

DELICIOUS Fried Chicken and the Flaming Pig wings are hot! but tasty. We all shared the pulled pork nachos and empanadas at work and they were so good too. They packaged the take out stuff great too! That is important since we drove 20 min there and back to try them! We will be back!

We love the brisket, wings, and pulled pork! My kids also devoured the pulled pork but weren't huge fans of the chicken fingers (on the dry side). The sweet potato fries were very good as well. The service is always great and the food always ready on time!

My daughter and I were in the mood for BBQ this afternoon, so we stopped by Reid BBQ in Derby, it was amazing. The food was delicious. We both got a sandwich, The Sexy Pig and The Whole Hog, shared a Mac and cheese and each had the corn bread. The sandwiches were cooked to perfection, the Mac and cheese and corn bread were both super yummy. The portions were so big I brought the rest home for my husband. The staff was super friendly and we can’t wait to go back.

Amazing food! Love the mac n cheese, coleslaw and pulled pork! Great family place and Kevin and Trish are super great to work with. I have been enjoying their catered food for years now and I am so happy that many more get to actually go in to Reid's BBQ now to enjoy themselves. Definitely a must try!!!

Reid's is a very solid BBQ joint with consistent quality and would get a sturdy four stars except for one thing -- well two really. Chicken and Waffles. It's a favorite dish of mine and I'll try it anywhere it's offered. I've had it from the Midwest to the United Arab Emirates, really. So far, Reid's is the best, with the chicken always fried to crispy perfection and the waffles...well, they have a secret I won't give away. And sriracha infused syrup tops it off with an extra sweet, spicy perfection. It's comfort food at its most comforting in a time when we all need a little extra comfort.

Everything else is good too but... 🍗 🧇 Can't be missed.

We just had our first meal from Reid's, but it will certainly not be our last! Delicious does not do it justice. The brisket, the cole slaw, the sweet potato fries, and even the cornbread were all outstanding. For me, the cole slaw was the best I've had in a long time. The portions were generous, and our take-out order was ready exactly on time. Bottom line: Can't wait to go back!

Owners comes into my place a lot and he’s a super friendly guy. so I finally got a chance to pick Up some take out, damn was it good! Spare ribs were excellent. The sweet potatoes and Mac and cheese and cornbread were all excellent!! Gonna add them into my rotation for takeout for sure!!!

Ordered meat combo, ribs, pulled pork and sausage were tasty and moist, brisket is so nice and smoky but dry. Cole slaw and green beans were just like I remembered in the Carolinas. Definitely coming back.

Outstanding BBQ! Brisket, Pulled Pork and (especially) the Burnt Ends are terrific! Great sides as well. Collard Greens are the best. Potato Salad and Cole Slaw also excellent. Nice people. Friendly service. Worth the trip!
