The office was polite and patient with my questions. The technician that came, Alex, was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient about my questions. No fear/scare tactics. Just facts about what was going on. Explained in laymen terms that I could understand. Yale Pest Control was one of several companies I had come and examined my issue. They seemed to be the best fit for what was needed. There is no pressure to sign. Price was in the range of the other outfits, cheaper than most. Highly recommend them.

My mother in law had a yellow jacket nest in the basement the size of a basketball tucked in where it couldn’t be seen until it was too late. Yale came out very quickly, removed and disposed of the problem within 1 1/2 hrs of the call. The tech was courteous and professional. We could not be happier with the service that was provided.

Customer service rep was extremely rude. After 90 days and 2 treatments I was still hearing mice. Instead of being concerned that I was still having the problem the reps only concern was to inform me that this would be my LAST treatment! I certainly got the message that money is all that matters to this company!
I will no longer use Yale Pest Elimination.

After an apology from the owner who has also gone above and beyond to make sure I will no longer have a mice problem, I am very pleased with the service from Yale Pest Elimination.
Gary has come to my house several times. He is both professional and courteous. Also the most knowledgeable about anything and everything from pests to plants. I am very happy I was able to continue using Yale and will definitely recommend them !

Yale came out as soon as I called them after my little dog was bitten by a hornet. They were very professional and did a great job in removing the nest under the deck. The price was very affordable and they explained clearly what they were going to do. They are also eco friendly. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

We called for a double yellow jacket infestation about 10:30 this morning. Christopher, one of their technicians, just left and it’s just after 3:00. He treated both problem areas with confidence and professionalism!! He was very friendly and was personable. And the fast service from Yale Pest was very impressive!!!

Amazing staff, Amazing Knowledge, Amazing Service. Whenever you need them Yale Pest is there. From the owner Jim Miller, Jr to the staff, particularly Chris, they truly care about the consumer. They take the time & meticulously identify every possible entry point, explaining the solutions. Once done you would never know they were there. And the politeness is unmatched. Yale Pest truly has the most knowledgeable & nicest staff!

We had a bed bug problem after bringing in some second hand furniture. Trying to save money on furniture only caused us the headache and extra cost of spending money on bed bug removal. But, the guys at Yale Pest were really helpful. They responded quickly, charged a reasonable rate and took care of the problem right away. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do, I'll be calling Yale again to take care of it. I highly recommend them.

Yale pest control does a very thorough job. We use them for the company I work for. They come out and do their checks and always follow up with me to make sure there is nothing going on but or pest wise. We have never really had any bug problems since we have been using Yale.

We had a hornet's nest in our pool area recently and we were able to get an appointment immediately with Yale Pest Elimination. Blake H. was very nice and got rid of the nest very quickly, he also let my family and I know what he did to get rid of the nest and how long we should stay clear of the area for our own safety. Blake H. was wonderful and we will continue to use Yale Pest Elimination in the future.

An amazing company!! I called Jimmy and explained the issue I was having, he was very nice, and had someone out the next morning!! The gentleman that came out was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Yale Pest Control is where it's at!!

Just had our annual treatment for ticks! Last year before the treatment, my son had 3 ticks on him. After the treatment, the ticks were gone almost immediately! We have also used them for any ant issues. They are very prompt with their services. The owner and his staff are very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with!
