Our server Briana was amazing! Didn’t forget anything and she wasn’t one of those annoying servers! Pleasant attitude even though she was running the bar, take out AND dine in!

Decided to order something other than pizza and it was AMAZING!! Cobb salad, was HUGE, and that isn’t exaggerating!! Chicken parmigiana grinder could have had more chicken however the taste was spectacular AND it came with garlic bread!!

Ended up bringing some home it was so much food!!

I don't understand the hateful reviews, what place around here gives you free food for a $15+ purchase!? Want a lousy place go to Party Pizza down the road. Everything was good from the wings, cheese potato skins, and pizza. It was a pleasure talking to the owner Victor, and I would order from here again being a 1st time local.

Incredible food and service. The rum punch made by the owner is amazing very tropical. Such friendly staff and funny. I waitress was awesome her name was Michelle. If you go ask for her she's amazing love her

So for yrs I have loved Roma’s. About a yr ago my order wasn’t correct when I called it was like they made me feel bad about complaining. Recently I’ve started ordering again because it’s under new management and to be honest the fried ravioli is AMAZING and their sauce omg (I’m NOT a sauce person) but their sauce is incredible. Anyways I’ve been ordering wkly again and my order was wrong and because of past experience I almost didn’t call but I did and the owner handled it with such grace so very apologetic and sent me out the proper grinder. I tried handing back the wrong grinder because that’s just the right thing to do and they didn’t want it. Listen everyone makes mistakes it happens they were respectful, rectified the problem and the food is great so in my book that’s 5 stars. I will continue to order wkly especially after the way tonight’s situation was handled! I believe the person who answered the phone handed me off to someone named Charlie thank you for being kind.

This place reminds me of many great local spots I loved back in my city-living days in Chicago. Generous...very generous...portions of delicious food & very reasonable pricing! Fresh & fantastic tasting. Had Buffalo chicken wrap, pasta alla vodka sauce and Caesar salad.Noticed their catering menu & will use it in future too. Ordering 1/2 trays could easily feed 6. Everything was piping hot & made to order. Def will be back!

Me and my bf found this place through Uber Eats, and were so blown away by their sandwiches!! We’ve been going back for more since. Their pizza, their sandwiches, and I am sure so much more are amazing! The prices are reasonable for the quality, and am always left satisfied:)

Former New Yorker, ordered from here several time, y’all are sleeping on a gem. You say extra cheese and they pile it on! Sauce is on point too. Why is it only 3*? Never had any issues, I love Roma.

Update: New owners heard the complaints and have fixed it!
Decided to give this place another chance! Glad I did! Wow the pizza is great!

Ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese. They did not disappoint!
Been ordering from them on the regular now!

This is my favorite pizza joint! The pizza sauce is tasty, love the wings (bring back 50 cent wings please 🥰😭🥰😭). In the spring-fall great place to sit outside and play Keno with friends. Pasta portions are HUGE! Lots of varieties of foods and the menu is always expanding. Can't go wrong here. 1 stop shop.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Just moved to middletown and ordered a chicken cutlet sub through Uber Eats and It was literally one of the best subs I’ve had. Craved It all week and ordered another one on Friday night. Staff was real friendly when picking up the order. Sub was just as amazing as I remembered It to be! 🤷🏼‍♀

I previously left a negative review due to some unfortunate experiences. I’m happy to say that they have really stepped up. I messed up an online order and it was fixed right away when I called. The person I spoke too was super nice and helpful. They also have a rewards program in their app, and it is pretty generous. The food is always good and the prices are very reasonable. Great job Roma!!!

We were very happy with the service and quality of food in the restaurant. I read all the reviews on google and must say, take it easy people. If you have been going there for years and had one bad experience do not go online and berate the establishment. Talk to the manager and ask them if they can make it right.

Oh, and if you live a mile down the road and want to complain the pizza came 20 minutes late how about you drive down the road and pick it up yourself next time. I have been doing that for years no matter what pizza restaurant I order from because delivery is seldom on time anyways.

I would recommend to the management though to remove third party order options online. If problems come from them about wait times then just have the option to order from the app or website. Then call the customer to confirm the delivery, write that in their email. If they dont pick up the phone, no delivery. That is just one suggestion.

Again overall great experience in restaurant, we will be going back again.

I went tonight for lasagna dinner. I enjoy their salad of iceberg lettuce, cucumber slices, black olive slices, green pepper slices, sliced white onion, and tomato chucks. I love their blue cheese dressing.
The warm bread is delicious and has the perfect amount of butter melted into it...
The lasagna covers the entire plate with the chunk of lasagna, lots of mozzarella cheese, and lots of tomato sauce.
A hearty meal for $14.80 after tax and before tip. I only drank water so a drink would add a couple of dollars to that.
I am absolutely stuffed! Waiter is top notch. Need anything? Just ask. He and the cook are VERY accommodating!
Very nice girl works behind the bar sometimes, sometimes waits.
Very friendly, casual atmosphere. Family restaurant. Could be nice for romantic meal too.

Ordered the mild wings and honey BBQ wings and mmmmm they were delicious! They use good quality chicken and the wings aren't too big or too small. I'm picky about my wings. The only thing I wish is if I didn't come in a Styrofoam container! I prefer aluminum but that's just me! Never tried anything else here but if you want some good wings than this is the spot.

I've had Roma pizza before actually sitting down at the restaurant and loved it, but last night we had it delivered and it was the first time I ever had Roma deliver. It was still extremely hot and so delicious and fresh. And it was snowing out !!!! They delivered HOT and delicious is a timely manor. :)

That was the first time I ever had anyyyy pizza place deliver and had it as hot as it was. Literally out of the oven freshness. Highly recommend.

Also if you eat in hopefully you go on a night that Debbie is working. She's the sweetest waitress!!!

We ordered a Half grinder, a small pizza and an order of Onion Rings. We were very happy with everything in our order.
All our food was made to order, cooked correctly and was very good. We would not hesitate to order again.

I am a regular customer there . I mostly order delivery and sometimes dine in or pick ip my food. It is mosty fast delivery and food is good and hot. They messed up my order a couple times but they fixed their mistakes right away. I do understand they get busy sometimes so service time takes longer but compared to other restaurants they are better quality and service wise.

Amazing Food and Cocktails. Get your Keno fun as well!!! Warm and friendly staff... Pasta dishes are delicious and enormous!!! Stone oven crispy delicious 🍕
