Cozy Nail & Spa

I came with my MIL to get our nails done for her birthday weekend. I have been to Cozy nails multiple times and it was my MILs first time. I have always had a very pleasant experience, my MIL loved how her nails came out and how kind her nail tech was! Our nails came out beautifully and prices are reasonable! I highly recommend Cozy Nails!!

I called ahead to get a spa pedicure. They were very inviting and sweet to me. The place is clean and calm. I look forward to my next visit with them! **also note you can tip with the receipt/ I never have cash so this is huge for me**

AMAZING!!! Go here!! This is the best Salon in the Newington area!!! I have been going here for about a year now and I see David, he is the BEST! He is so friendly, professional, & accommodating! He is so amazing at nail art & for a really good price! The salon is so clean & has a really great atmosphere. They are always able to get you in if you call a day or 2 ahead, & can do walk ins most of the time (but like any walk-in it’s best if you call first, & they will tell you if they can take you right away or they will book you a same-day appt. Right then and there on the phone!) of course they have a nice little coupon service that if you get so many manicures you get a % off. Great owners, great service. Always a pleasure doing business with the Cozy Nail staff!! ♥😁

Very clean and professional, I called about 10 minutes before I wanted to go in and the accommodated me with ease. This facility is hygienic in appearance and practice. I was attended to by Annu and she was very detailed. I was even offered a massage at no extra cost (she asked after I paid) that I declined but is a great treat. Will be coming back regularly!

I had a great experience at Cozy. The people who work there are very polite and gave me great service! They did a great job on both my pedicure and manicure. I also loved the complimentary massage during my manicure and foot rub during my pedicure. Definitely will be returning there!

This place is the absolute best 😍. Walk-ins are welcome and quickly attended to. The nail technicians are uniquely qualified and bey efficient team players. The owner is like a maestro directing employees resources and customers efficiently and quickly delivering exceptional customer service. After a series of unkept promises from the people at Crystal Nails & Spa in Cromwell I came here and will go no where else in the future. Try it, you'll love it

This place is one of the cleanest and well ran nail salons in the area! All of the staff are professional and management runs this place impeccably. The salon is so clean and they give you such a good value for your business. They are always accommodating even when it's a last minute walk in. I will continue to come here as much as I can and recommend Cozy to all of my friends and family.

This place is a gem! The owners are a South Korean married couple. David is the husband and he and his wife speak English clearly so you actually can ask questions and be understood. If you make an appointment, they honor it. I go to David for UV gel nails and fills. They have multiple color fake tip samples for you to choose from so you can visually see what your nails could look like in advance while waiting a couple of minutes. This salon also does Dip Powder nails if you prefer. They have OPI and some other brand I cant remember for Dip. David does a wonderful job shaping the nails and his products LAST. I got my fill the last day before the Governor mandated the closure and they still have not chipped! That was March 20th: I am writing this review April 18th=so far 4 weeks, no chips! Their professionalism deserves cash tips so show your appreciation and be a good client: come prepared because they always bring their A-game and are prepared for you! Remember, the owners speak clear English so call in advance what the cost of your service is so you can come prepared for a cash tip. I have not done a pedicure there yet, so all you mothers or daughters out there...I can't recommend a go-to person yet..nor do I remember if they use plastic basin caps in the pedicure chairs for cleanliness. Will do a separate review for that as soon as they reopen. God bless!

I just started going here and I love it!! The atmosphere is so relaxing and it is very clean. If you are into nail art and designs as I am, David is awesome! Highly Recommend.

Today Annu (Newington) did my nails and she was very kind, gentle, and careful. Usually getting my nails done hurts, but today it didn’t hurt at all. She asked before touching my scars and was overall very kind and good at what she does. Would definitely recommend her!
