After getting ridiculous quotes from other companies, I called Shoreline to do some copper pipe repair. They were amazing. Quick, nice, and a great price. I highly recommend shorline for any plumbing work you need!

Recently I had issues with my well and water system. It started with the loss of hot water. I called Chris (shorelines owner) left a message and he immediately returned my call. Chris came later that day and fixed the problem. Chris also diagnosed that my holding tank was bad . A day later that problem was fixed as well. Shoreline plumbing provides quick service and quality work and most importantly at a affordable price. Chris did a great job and he was also very friendly and professional. Thanks Shoreline plumbing and heating!

I had a leaking toilet (after I replaced the gasket and bolts from tank to toilet). One of the bolts had broken off. I decided that when a plumber came out to fix it I would have them change the same thing in two other toilets. I had a plumber come out to fix it and he gave me an outrageous price to do only the one that was leaking. Of course, I didn't use him. I called a second plumber, who said he would come out the next day around noon. He never showed up. I called about 5pm and left a message, then again about 8pm. Never heard from him.
Then, I called Shoreline Plumbing and I am sooo happy I did! Chris and I texted back and forth and he sent Brian and Mike out this past Monday. They were great! They serviced all 3 toilets for a great affordable price. First of all, they showed up....and they were early! They were professional, pleasant and did a great job! From now on, Shoreline Plumbing is the only one I will call for our plumbing problems. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you Chris, Brian and Mike!

We had our hydronic heating system serviced by Shoreline. Chris was on time, professional and extremely neat. Tuned the boiler and inspected the system and shared some tips on keeping the system running efficiently.

DONT EVEN CALL THIS COMPANY! DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAMMER. I never hired Chris he was hired by the Contractor Heritage Home Improvements. All of them are just scammers and work in conjunction to see how much money they can steal before they bail out on the jobs and how much in damages they can leave behind. The quote for the plumbing on the contractors contract was $39k and has been paid in full. Checks indicated work was "not completed." Damages have been left by both the contractor and the plumber. Rich the contractor decided he scammed me enough and wasn't happy with my requests to show up to work, finish the job, address damages, plumbing, painting, paint sprayed all over everything floors/windows/cabinets, windows, removed and paid for siding he stole the money, bathrooms not finished, kitchens not finished, roof not finished, the list is so long, etc. So the Contractor stopped sending his workers & subs to work. Including the Plumber who knew he didnt finish the job he was hired for. He then started sending me the contract he had with the Contractor but its for $20,000.00 not $39k with a balance due for $10,000.00. The painters had clogged one of my toilets & instead of unglogging it. The plumber decided to disconnect the HVAC ductwork, cut my main drain in my basement, and relocate it, oh and he left everything like that. The plumber caused damages my boiler and my water heater. All in time for winter. Cost me nearly $5k to get the heat up and running after spending $39k on what was supposed to be a finished plumbing job. Then Chris the scamming plumber that causes damages and knew that he didnt finish the job has the nerve to put an illegal lien on my house. Which he never served. I found out from the Town the property had a lien on it. Filed a motion to dismiss it and for damages. Now his Lying Lawyer who keeps telling me how we can resolve it keeps delaying the court case.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. I hired them to install the drain and diverter plumbing for my new tub/shower. Firstly, they verbally quoted me that it would only take 2-3 hours at $90/hr., but ended up charging me over $650. Secondly, I had to call to have them come back THREE times to fix the leaking plumbing and improper install. Lastly, they never installed the drain pipes "plumb" upright, which has caused the drain stop to not work and therefore my tub won't drain. When I originally asked why it was so sticky, the plumber blamed it on the poor quality Delta fixture I bought at Lowes, despite me questioning the non-plumb drain line into which the drain stop is supposed to travel up and down easily. I now have to pay another plumber to fix their horrendous "craftmanship." Don't waste your money or time on this company!
