Once Upon A Child - Milford

If you are reading this you should be driving to this store now or one day this week. You will not be wasting your time or money. You will leave with a smile on your face.. Trust me. It's a very clean place and the workers are friendly and very helpful.

I truly love this place. For a store it is easy to find what you need. The workers there are kind and genuinely nice ladies. It's a pleasure to shop in this store.

To be honest I do not like the way OUAC does business but the Milford store is fast, efficient and friendly so I cannot judge them on the company's rules.

Omg, can I tell you that when I entered I just wanted to buy alot of stuff for people I know! The quality of the clothing and products are very good especially since it's a second hand store. I go here all the time, cause kids outgrow their clothes so fast. They also will buy stuff from you if they are in good condition. I love it, recycling and helping out at the same time 👍👍

Love that I can bring whatever my kids don't use anymore can make a few bucks and they so much nice stuff I can get for a really good price love it

Shocked to read the negative reviews. I myself had my first experience selling my sons clothes last week at the Mildord location. Not sure why these other reviewers didn't have the experience I did. Most of the items I brought in had tags and of course all were brand name. The amount of items I sold I found to be fair with what I was given. I made $50 and honestly didn't expect that much. I watched one of the girls go through everything she was super nice!! I left with check in hand a quit a few items they chose not to take which was understandable. The store was extremely clean and well organized! I also felt pricing on clothing was very fair! I'm not one to consign I buy name brand in store items. I can't express how impressed I am with how quickly and smoothly everything went. All the places I have used in the past which were not in CT you had to wait until your clothes sold to even get any money. Great place I can't wait to do business again!

I love this store!!! 85 percent of the clothes seem brand new. It gets a little crowded but it's worth it. A lot of my grand daughters clothes were bought here, even got her a Graco bassinet in perfect condition.

New location, same great clothes and prices! My kids grow so very quickly! I purchase great clothes from here and what they cannot fit I can also sell back to them... Its a win-win! I love it here and truly recommend it to all parents!

Love this place! I have been shopping here for the pass 11 years. I've been there so much that they know when I haven't showed up 😊 Their clearance sales are GREAT by the way! Its the best place when u have small kids or more then one. You can always fine name brand items in great condition for a fraction of the price.

Yes one and a half dollars and my grandson likes it so much. I would ask them to do there fill a bag sale again and soon/ we need all the help we can get and by we I mean all of you papas and grammys....haha our kids need us at this time and this store help me get alot for my money.

What a wonderful place!!! Being a Grandma I used to have to buy new because there were no places like Once Upon A Child stores. Everything here is from gently used to new!! And when babies grow so fast they need clothes of different sizes. And the variety here is great!!!

I've shopped at Once Upon A Child in Milford looking for specific items in need. The quality of the used &some new clothing and toys have been impressive and the staff always pleasant and helpful to work with. In selling items, I've found the price received is acceptable, knowing that the store buys low, so they're able to sell at a reasonable price. It's a win/win overall.

I love this store been going for both times I have been pregnant you find name brand items for a affordable cost. Today I went there to buy a caboose stroller that
they had I missed out on it but the girl was so helpful she offered to call the other locations to find what I needed. Very sweet stafe and they let you know of recalls too Milford CT location 5Stars

This is the best store ever. Kids grow so quickly. So clothes need to be purchased often and in mass. As a teen my oldest lives getting her basics there. Many of the clothes I purchase still have tags on them. My favorite is the stuff a bag sale.

Great clothes, great prices on normal days and great deals on sale days. I always go there first when I need clothes for my daughter. It's our favorite store. I have even found great shoes and boots at super low prices. I've been shopping there for 3 years.

I have had a great experience with Once Upon a Child in Milford. They are a go-to place for me when I need to find some sort of clothing for the kiddos at a lower price. They are picky with what they buy (I have sold to them and usually a lot of things get passed back to me) but that helps ensure the things they are selling are in decent shape. So I guess it depends what you are looking for... maybe not the best place to sell things if you want to unload a ton, but at the same time, it's an easy way to bring some things in and get a little money, and then you can donate the rest or find another way/place to sell it. And mostly for me, it's a great place to buy the items I need for my kids' wardrobes. Mine are all lower elementary or younger and I feel like there is a decent selection.

Great customer service. Clothes in great condition as well as shoes and costumes. Most clothes are brand new with original tags. You can either sell clothes and receive cash or you can get clothes that are sold in the store. Clothes are washed no stains. Great for baby showers

I always find the greatest outfits for my kids there. Especially for younger kids and babies they have endless brand new w tags on options.
