Love this place!! Definitely a great vibe in there. The owner and her employees know their products and can always make great recommendations. But my favorite things have to be the protein breakfasts/desserts. I live on these all week!!

Naugatuck Nutrition is probably one of my favorite, go-to places for a pick me up or a meal replacement shake. Their menu is extensive and they will also make any combination drink you'd like. My daughter is obsessed with their smoothie bowls. Every shake they offer can also be made as a smoothie bowl....a MUST TRY! I could go on all day about their teas. As a diabetic, I have to be quite careful with what I consume. The teas and shakes, alike, have never spiked my numbers. They also offer numerous specials each day and their baked goods are to die for! Now let's talk about the staff. I have never met a more lively group of people! From the second you walk in, you're family. They can make anyone's not so great day, turn around. They are all so lovely, especially the owner Krystal and her staff member London. I can not recommend Naugatuck Nutrition enough. Stop in, give it a go. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

They just opened yesterday the 24th and honestly probably one of the most exciting things to happen to Naugatuck for me. Naugatuck has had a lot of small business growth in Church Street and this is sure to skyrocket in popularity. The shakes are delicious! I got a medium the first time and it took me a long time to finish it so I got a small today. They’re so filling, visually appealing, and make it easy to watch what you’re putting in your body. Also the teas are like crack. They’re so amazing! The staff is friendly, efficient, and they have been working so hard. Cannot wait to keep visiting.

Great service, so much variety for your picky drinkers, and the taste of the drinks i got was astounding. And super affordable for anyone who needs to quench their thirst. Will gladly come back!!

I got the animal cracker shake and I'm grateful the girl asked if I wanted syrup before she put it in because I wouldnt have liked it if it was too sweet. A little pricey but they are filling and can be used as a meal replacement.

Great place to get meal replacement protein shakes. Pre and Post workout supplements that are made to order. Also a wide variety of energy tea drinks.

Girls were so nice and made a super delish shake with a legit appetite suppressant....haven't been hungry since finishing it and it took two hours to drink because it was so luscious I wanted to savor every sip !!!

Absolutely love this place the owner is soooo sweet and helpful I had the banana nut protein oats 😋 sooo good and the muffins are so delicious I will definitely be going back there soon
