Great care and even better service! Been taking my son here for over two years now and couldn’t ask for a better group. Most doctors love to go beyond and help by any means. Definitely recommend for future patients

I’ve been taking all 3 of my kids here for the past 8 years. I just asked my 8 year old and she says, “It’s cool. I used to go when they had blocks in their room that I could play with.” I let her know the toys were taken out during Covid. All of the doctors, APRN, nurses, and the rest of the care givers are fantastic. I’ve had moments where my kids were extremely difficult for testing for strep. They caught it 3-4 times in a row and they were bears to test. My oldest got combative. It was a challenge for all of us but the last time we had to go the swab it had gotten easier. They stuck by my kids through the more challenging appointments. They are dedicated. Many years ago I had some issues with reception but they seemed to be resolved now. Mostly that they could be short with me at times. For example a couple years ago I was running late to an appointment and I’m usually prompt. I called on my way to let them know I was about 5 minutes behind and I got a huge attitude. I was upset about it because at the time, I always waited well past my appointment time and never complained when they were running behind (we are all human). Again that has 100% improved.
The hours here are fantastic. I do wish they were hooked to MyChart but that’s mostly for my own convenience. They use freesia for early check in and payments which is convenient.

We have a complex medical history, and this practice handles our care with compassion and expertise. Going above and well BEYOND for our family to ensure all of our needs are met. They are available day and night. Same day appointments are available. They are extremely competent within their scope of practice and excellent care coordinators for specialists. Have seen almost every practitioner and had great experiences with all of them.

I was a patient here since birth and when I had my daughter I couldn't think of a better place to bring her. The doctors were more than patient with my new mom anxiety and billions of questions. They were the first to suggest I see someone for postpartum depression long before my doctor or family noticed I was struggling and still check up on me when I bring my daughter in after over a year! The lactation consultation wasn't the most helpful but in hindsight I wasn't completely honest with her about how hard of a time I was having. They are incredibly gentle with my daughter and are almost always able to fit me in for a same day or next day appointment for sudden illness. And as a cherry to top it all off they still remember me from when I was a patient years ago! You'll get next level patient care here I highly recommend this practice if you want doctor's that truly care about your little ones!

Dr. Nico was able to help diagnose and help prescribe my son the correct medication that for months he had been suffering from. I genuinely appreciate the knowledge he had and how he treats his young patients.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent hours. Can usually book a same day appointment for sudden illnesses.

I love the doctor and APRN’s at this office but you have got to do something about your front end staff. Today I called to tell them we were running late for our appt. “ok get here when you can.” Race to pick up my son. Race to get to the doctors as quickly as possible. Tell them we’re here. Sit down. 5 seconds later “oh we’re gonna have to reschedule.” Really? 30 min late I get it but couldn’t you have said this on the phone? Next available appt with Dr. Burke.... a month and a half from now. Seriously!?! So we’re 30
min late BUT when YOUR behind it’s okay to keep us waiting for 45 min to a hour in the room. Got it. No flexibilty in parents schedules today... And on top of everything else your attitude is TERRIBLE!!! One of the rudest front desk staff I’ve come across and you work with kids. Thanks for the stress today!

My first visit here with my kids in 2023 was great. The original APRN we saw left the practice, and earlier this year there were issues with the new APRN we were assigned that were concerning to me (her lack of communication with me, lack of attention to detail, defensive attitude). I called to provide this feedback to the office manager. As a response, one of the doctors sent me a condescending letter (return receipt!) essentially suggesting if we don’t like their policies we should go elsewhere. In 15 years and dozens of medical appointments I’ve never made a complaint, or had any kind of disagreement with one of my kid’s medical providers, and I’m shocked at how unreceptive and unapologetic this practice has been with their response. I will definitely take their suggestion and look elsewhere!
