New Haven Pharmacy

I hate how people are upset about the delivery service. They deliver to different areas on different days. Just ask what your schedule is. Mine is Thursdays only, so now I know I have to drive down today before 1pm (Saturday). That's a me problem, not a them problem. Otherwise consider the driver has traffic, people not home (wasting time), lunch, or other slow downs. If you want it now, get in the car like I am.

They are the best pharmacy I have ever had filling my medications. They even drove to
waterbury to deliver my meds.

I'm happy I transferred to New Haven Pharmacy. They are truly outstanding with making sure that my medication is on hand and on time for delivery. Most of the time without me having to call.They are awsome!!

Pleasant staff and speedy service on location, delivery service is all but useless however.

Medication is always delivered late and I don't have it when I need it

I used to get my medication on time ! Delivery or call. Now it's Saturday night and days go by I don't have my medicine for Monday morning so now I need call my on call physican once again for an different pharmacy place.Smh New Haven Pharmacy do better! (I've called for my meds) said it would be here yesterday than today back from work it's not)

Delivery man banged on my door like he was the police. The pharmacist just says ok ok ok when you are speaking to him at the wrong part of your conversation. I feel like they are not listening as well as I was very disturbed by the delivery driver. The pharmacist also refused to transfer my prescriptions to the pharmacy of my choice.

Their communication sucks. Not very truthful at all. It's obvious they're only there for a paycheck. This is people's lives that they're playing with. Back to Walgreens and CVS.
