It was a wonderful experience. My sales associate was Tony (John). Because of traffic my daughter and I did not get there until 11 minutes before closing. However, Tony took the time to get me into the perfect lift assist recliner based on my height and my needs the chair is absolutely phenomenal! I also got lumbar support and adjustable headrest. I got a much better recliner than the one I had in mind when I went in there. Which was less expensive. But I still ended up with a five star recliner with extras, paying the same as I would have. If I chose the chair I went in there ready to buy based on a telephone call to La-Z-Boy. I’m so happy! Tony is the best salesman I’ve ever met. He just wanted to put me in the best chair for me. He was personable friendly, and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the entire experience.

We were in the market for a new sectional. La-Z-Boy had the exact configuration we were looking for but the challenge is picking the color and fabric. Tony was super helpful, I don’t think we would have ended up with the color without his help. He was patient and provided us with a lot of suggestions. He took his time to understand what we were looking for and why. We appreciated the amazing customer service that he provided.

Patricia was wonderful. She helped us find the perfect recliner that was in our price range. She also understood the urgency of picking it up asap, since my husband was having shoulder surgery in a few days. Thank you so much!

We were undecisive of our pick of La-z-boy,so much so we were in the store for 3 hours.Salesman TONY was fantastic. He answered all our questions, took measurements for us even flipped recliners upside down,gave us privacy so we could talk about the products amongst ourselves..We put him through the ringer and he was patient and kind.We've always had La-Z-Boy it sells itself as a great product BUT TONY was a top Salesman

I took my daughter to lazy bot to purchase a new couch. She could not believe thst it was a lazy boy store with all the choices . Of course she chose the most expensive couch and then proceeded to find a gorgeous console that was quite magnificent! Maggie was wonderful and so patient. Waitng for delivery , lets hope it will be as great as the custom service!!!

The store is very welcoming and the salespeople are very accommodating. Tai tried very hard to please me and I finally saw a chair in stock I liked Bought a recliner 22 yrs ago there, and it was time for a new one. Can’t wait to get it!

Tony La Fevre was an excellent salesman. He didn't pressure is, and showed us recliners he knew we could afford. He also gave us the best price he could.

My wife and I just moved into a new apartment and I wanted to celebrate by buying a La-Z-Boy recliner. We went to the store in Milford and met Tracey, who was patient and wonderful in showing us all of the different options and making recommendations, not based on price, but based on my 6’2”, 230 pound body. We decided on a leather recliner that I think will suit me for many years to come.
