I cannot thank this veterinarian hospital enough for the outstanding care they provided to my rabbit and cat. From the moment I walked in, I knew my pets were in good hands. The staff showed such compassion and expertise in handling both my rabbit and cat, ensuring they received the best possible treatment. The veterinarians were knowledgeable, patient, and clearly dedicated to the well-being of our furry friends. The facility was well-maintained, clean, and had a soothing atmosphere. I have full confidence in recommending this hospital to anyone in need of exceptional care for their pets. Thank you for going above and beyond in taking care of my beloved rabbit and cat!

I called with a question recently because my regular vet was closed for the holidays and the associate who answered was so kind and thorough. He was patient and really took the time to listen to me and provide me with advice.
I had one other experience here when I had to say goodbye to my beloved 18 year old cat. The staff was extremely kind and made what was one of the worst days of my life as painless as possible and met me with compassion.
No matter the circumstance, the staff here are top notch.

Dr. Jolly is the best. He has taken care of our pets for years.

Can I give 6 stars? Or 10? Dr. Wells is the most thoughtful and compassionate veterinarian I've ever met, and the techs are right up there as well. When my new rescue was experiencing some issues, and even the pricy emergency vet wouldn't see us, Dr. Wells fit us in and took care of the problem right away. They also keep their pricing reasonable so that the average person can afford to keep their pets healthy.

Dr Loquine and the entire staff at NHAH continually went above and beyond for the care of our sweet pup for the last 11 years. Dr Loquin was always compassionate, gentle, and always had our dogs best interest at mind. She was patient with us through phone calls and visits. I could not recommend a place more than NHAH.

Dr. Wells and his staff are so considerate. My lab needed a tumor removal for a cancerous tumor. Dr. Wells called me and said he could not schedule her surgery for two weeks because he was going on vacation in two days. After speaking with me and finding out, I was going on vacation the following week for two weeks; he told me he would fit her in the next day for surgery. He did not want me to worry about my dog while on vacation. I can't thank him enough! I would recommend North Haven/North Colony animal hospital to anyone.

Dr. Wells and his professional Team at North Haven Animal Hospital are absolutely amazing! I can't say enough good things about them. My experiences have been nothing less than positive. Last year, I transferred over to North Haven Animal Hospital from another local animal hospital which I felt was just soaking me for every dollar. The care that my pet has received at North Haven Animal Hospital has been top notch, and the cost of care has been extremely reasonable, far less than what I had been accustomed to paying. My pet has had two surgical procedures (spaying, tumor removal) within the past 14 months. Her treatment and recovery has been fantastic! Dr. Wells follows-up and gives you options. He gives you all the facts so that you can make informed decisions as to your pet's healthcare. He's more inclined to be conservative in his approach to treatment, which I appreciate from a cost standpoint. I highly recommend North Haven Animal Hospital. They listen and are very responsive to your needs.

I have been going here many many years. I now have 4 dogs and I have always found all three doctors very compassionate and professional and they take the time to listen to my concerns especially regarding vaccinations. It is comforting to be able to have three doctors and two locations at my disposal. The staff is always friendly to me and my dogs

I've been using NHAH for years. I've never seen such kind, compassionate veterinarians, techs and staff. Many of them remember the first puppy I took there, Oliver. He loved them as much as they loved him. Oliver sadly developed cancer, Dr. Wells, Dr. Jolly and Dr. L fought so hard for him, they gave me some extra time with him. My dog Elliot is a patient there now, he gets the best care I could hope for. What I love most about them, you're not a number, everyone knows all the pets by name and know the owners. I'd never trust my animals with any other place. Elliot being a discerning dog has a soft spot for Dr. L and he actually goes there willingly.

After having 2 God awful experiences at Yalesville animal hospital resulting in having to put down one of our bunnies due to negligence. We found ourselves desperately needing a new vet asap. So I started reaching out to many locations asking if they see rabbits. And finally I found north haven animal hospital. So far they’ve neutered 2 of my bunny rabbits and they are so good and healthy. I am very pleased at how they keep you informed with everything. It’s even shocking how quickly you can get appointments too. We’ve had excellent service from Dr Wells. We’ve definitely found our new place to keep taking our bunnies and we plan on getting our third bunny fixed soon. Rocky and Rico say thank you for taking such good care of them.

I have been using North Haven Animal Hospital for 20+ years. The staff is always caring and attentive and they have always gotten me in during non-routine matters. Dr. Loquine is wonderful. She listens and explains everything thoroughly and she cares. They are all very nice people who truly care about you and your pets.

North Haven Animal Hospital has taken care of my dog for years. They were very compassionate and professional when the time came to euthanize him, making a very painful time easier. They are currently caring for my new rescue puppy and are pro-active with his health needs. They truly care about all of their patients.

I see Dr. Loquine and have been extremely pleased her care for my yellow lab. She's knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff is friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend for your pet's needs.

My family has been using North Haven and North Colony Hospitals for more than 12 years. They are professional, caring, and friendly. We have trusted their advice and have had 2 dogs survive well into their teens as a result. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Super sweet staff. Vet took the time to explain what I needed to do for my cat. Was super gental with my cat since she was easily spooked. Fairly quick service. Will be my new vet going forward :)

This place is amazing, they take amazing care of our animal friends. All of the doctors are so compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and at the same time talk to you as if you were a good friend. They have taken such good care of our Ella and we would recommend everyone take there animals here if they want to be well taken care of.

I wouldn't take my dog any where else! I brought my dog in for what I thought was a small growth but it turned out to be a cancerous tumor entangled in the muscles of her chest. All the doctors and the staff were incredibly comforting and reassuring. They walked me through the procedure and took great care of my girl. She was happy and back to her old self in just a couple days! You can't even tell she had surgery, her scar is hardly visible. I love this animal hospital and you can tell they love what they do!!

The DR and Staff were amazing! - They were kind and understanding to my situation. My dog is a family member and to see him sick is like having one of my kids sick. The level of respect and concern for my pet and my family was undeniable. Will not go to any other Vet EVER! - -
