Guilford Coffee House

This is my favorite cafe in town. The coffee is good, and local from Ashlawn Farm, with a nice selection of roasts. All the food is tasty, and they have the best selection of Cohens Bagels that I’ve outside of the actual Cohens location. Clean and nicely set up restaurant, very comfortable but relatively small area to sit and enjoy, convenient location near the highway, and online ordering. If there is something not to like, I haven’t found it.

Wish I could 7 stars. Best Waffle I ever had and Starbucks has nothing over their Brulee Latte. Sickkkkkkk. Too good :)

Stopped in for breakfast today. Service was exceptional. The food was perfect. The avocado toast and egg was a great way to start the day. Had regular coffee which could not have been better. Will be back very soon!!!

Had a great breakfast there! You can have a traditional breakfast or just something light. We ate at an outside table but could have dined inside. Service was excellent. And by the way, they have a great Pumpkin Spice Chat tea. Go try it!

Can I give 7 stars?? I stopped here by accident on my from Boston to NYC and fell in love with the waffle and coffee.

I come here almost every morning and I absolutely adore this place. The baristas are so lovely and wonderful! I think I've had almost everyone make my usual order and it's always fantastic. I'm at the point where I come in and get asked if I'd like my usual, which is the best. I used to get mostly Brianna, Jenny, or Connor, lately it's been Marley, but whoever you get you will have a fantastic experience!

OMG! Love this place. I am a most-days regular and a Sunday bruncher there. Staff super friendly and fast, GREAT food yummy pancakes. The baked goods are also very tasty and fresh. Vanilla Latte hot or cold my fave, wife loves the Almond Joy. Careful, can be crowded inside on weekend afternoons.

Great menu items that are allergy friendly and vegan! High quality coffee, you can tell they know what they are doing in terms of healthy ingredients. They also use decompostable ware which is amazing so I go here all the time.

Although I didn't order anything special, their dark roast coffee is great and the staff was very friendly. I'll definitely return if in the area to try other things. Their menu looks great!

The coffee here is amazing, especially the Jamaican Blue Mountain! It is really awesome that they have coffee ice cubes so your coffee isn't diluted! They do not have all that many seats though, so if you are going with a big group, you may need to split up.

I had tea and a blueberry crisp and an amazing grilled heirloom tomato cheese sandwich. All were spectacular! Reasonably priced, $$$. Looks nondescript in a strip mall but good indoor seating and ambiance.

Very nice coffee shop with wide selection of sandwiches. The scone and coffee I had were excellent. I enjoyed sitting inside and getting some work done. Very clean.

Great food with a modern twist; places like this and ct lunch are helping the town turn over in a good way! While the older places like fortes and deli u are just a thing of the past now with non comparable prices or quality.

My favorite lunch spot. I've probably tried half of the menu already and I haven't found a single thing I don't love. Their quick and friendly service is a plus too!

LOVE this place! It's lured me away from Starbucks . . . and, for me, that's saying a lot. Great coffee, great food, and reasonable prices.
