Donato's got a great shop and a lot of knowledge and stories to share. He also offers coffee to visitors! He did a great job servicing my Marshall amp, cleaning pots and the board, swapping out the tubes, and restoring it to like-new condition. Plus he did it while I waited, which has never happened in the history of getting my gear repaired. Huge props on the service!

Donato is the man, I couldn't recommend Dual Stage more highly. He repaired a modeling amp I knocked off the desk quickly and well. Dude is clearly super knowledgeable, stoked to talk gear, down to make you an espresso, and most importantly a very competent professional. If you've got gear needs this is the spot.

Dual Stage is the best! My Peavey 6505+ head was acting up after a water incident in my home (volume drops, static, noise)> I called GC, and the rep gave me the number for Dual Stage. WOW, they saved my 6505, brought it right back to new. I Brought a vintage amplifier to be completely overhauled and couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend Dual Stage Amplification. I had an issue with my amp and Donato got back to me very promptly. I was expecting for him to have my amp for several days and he was able to fix it while I was there and I left with it, with the issue resolved. He was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. My issue ended up being a simple fix that he took care of and didn't push for me to do anything unnecessary or spend more money than I needed to. I would go back to him with any further issues I may have in the future.

Donato overhauled a 1979 Orange OR120 head for me. The entire process was fabulous. He took the time to explain the process and the amp was done on time, sounds amazing, and the price was fair. Couldn't speak more highly of dual stage. My amp blew at a gig tonight. Within 10 minutes I was able to get ahold of donato, talked about the issues and met him at the shop.... At 1am. Within an hour he had diagnosed the issue, and did a full tube and capacitor replacement. 24 hour amp service! Very knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!

took my telecaster here after guitar center botched a simple control plate installation. it was a nice lindy fralin plate with a series/parallel push pull tone knob, and it wasnt sounding right at all.

donato took care of me on the spot in less than half an hour, and he couldnt believe how badly they messed up the wiring. needless to say, i wont be returning to guitar center for electronic installations again.

Fixed up my deville 4x10 fast and correct . The only place I'll ever take my gear for repairs
