Bob came out to provide an estimate. He was thorough and honest in his thoughts. Dylan came to do the preliminary work and was punctual, communicative, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to the next and final phase to get our outdoor lighting looking beautiful!

10/10 recommend! Excellent customer service. I called and they sent a guy the very next day! Robert explained everything to me as he was doing troubleshooting my microwave problem and fixed it right away. He even cleaned up after himself. Will definitely be calling them again when I replace my kitchen lamps! :)

Everything about this transaction was smooth and easy. Dillon was on-time and my MIL (and her pooch) instantly adored him.. He was reliable, respectful and competent. Brite-Rite’s pricing was good and Bob was very helpful in figuring out what we needed and working around our schedule. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent Contractor. Communication with Bob and with his remote office staff was excellent throughout our small project. He provides great quality at a reasonable price, cleans up after his team has finished, and will be our go-to-guy for all of our electrical upgrades in the future. Can't go wrong with this choice. History: We have hired other contractors in the recent past for small upgrade projects and were not pleased with either their service delivery or their “extras” pricing strategies. Then we received some positive referrals online for Brite-Rite Electrical Services and called for an initial consultation. Our initial experience with Brite-Rite was very helpful and informative. Bob arrived and explained 3 reasonable under-cabinet kitchen lighting options we might consider with general cost ranges. We selected one option and proceeded to completion. We are very pleased.

Brite-Rite helped me figure out an electrical issue that my handyman couldn’t decipher. They stayed in communication and kept me up to date with everything. I’m so grateful for their help!

Totally pleased with the work, done in the two days quoted. On time, polite, Ty (sp?) and his assistant were the consummate pros. They did a very professional job upgrading this 75 year old house from 100 to 200 amps, installing numerous outlets that are necessary for today's lifestyle. They also installed a number of ceiling fans. Will be happy to recommend these guys, this company, to anyone needing electrical work.

The technician did an amazing job installing a ceiling fan and a bathroom exhaust fan, I would highly recommend this company for any electrical needs!!

I’ve had Brite-rite electrical since I moved into this house, maintenance my generator. This Monday the power went out from the terrible rain and windstorm. My generator didn’t go on. I called up Brite-rite and within two hours, they were here and fix the problem within 20 minutes. Luckily, it was nothing big, but when we all are out of our electric, and you have a generator, you like it to work. I appreciate the fact that they appreciate my business to come out in emergency situations. Thanks Bob, you guys are great!!

Bob and his crew did a bunch of work at our house in Southington (installing exterior lights / indoor fans /etc..) In a day in age where it is tough to find good workmanship let alone having someone simply show up, the tech Dylan was super knowledgeable, punctual and pleasant to work with. We will be calling them back in the spring for some more work. A++ 5 Stars across the board

In the middle of my kitchen remodeling project, I had an issue with an old breaker. I called Brite-Rite and a tech was at my house in less than 90 minutes ! Awesome unscheduled service !
