I got into an accident last month which was a new experience for me as I needed to go through the at-fault party’s insurance. While waiting for their action, I was doing some research for an Autobody place that I could take a chance on. I take customer reviews very serious and into account when it comes to big ticket items from buying a new washer/dryer to booking hotels, and of course, Autobody work. Poliwoda Auto Body had a 5 star rating and nothing but positive feedback from every single person whose car he fixed. People posted before and after pics and I was really impressed by both their words and the proof. My personal experience matches every 5 star rating he has received and then some. He was going on vacation and I still wanted to have my car worked on by him so I decided to wait until he returned. He was kind and thorough and allowed me to express how certain things were not properly assessed by the insurance company (they said my rim was scratched when it was deeply gashed. Scratched or gashed, my rim was perfect before the accident and he understood that.) He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process letting me know that he was waiting on the insurance to pay out a supplemental or if he was waiting on a part. He made such a stressful situation feel like everything was going to be ok. While I hope I never get into another auto accident again, at least I know where I’ll always take my car to if she ever needs to be fixed.

Poliwoda is the best auto body shop that I have ever been to. They are very kind and friendly. They show lots of compassion for you and your vehicle. I am so happy with this place. I had an accident on the highway, a truck dumped something on the road and it hit the entire front end of my jeep. I took my car to this auto body shop and from the beginning Mirek showed great empathy. The damage on the car was greater than what the insurance calculated so he went back to them and did all the process with them. He worked super fast, he texted me to let me know how the process was going and was always in contact. He even lent me a vehicle for a couple of days so I could go to work. I can’t thank him enough for the great work he did to my jeep.

I had some front end damage on my car. I brought it to Poliwoda Auto Body to be fixed. When I met with Mirek, I found him to be very personable and professional.
After having the car for a few days, I recieved a text saying that my car was finished, and ready for pick-up. When I got there, my car was sitting out front for me. After looking it over, I was very impressed at the quality of work that he put into my car, making it look better than new.

I found Poliwoda Auto Body on Google when I was looking for someone to fix my car after getting rear-ended earlier this year. The entire process from getting my quote to actually getting my car fixed was seamless and easy. Mirek made sure to communicate throughout the process and was easily reachable. I had to deal with an insurance company since they would be paying for my cars repairs. Mirek helped with the process and made sure the damages to my car that were caused by the accident were being paid for by the insurance company. My car was fixed in a timely manner and was handled with care. Overall I had an extremely positive experience at this auto body shop. Mirek is a genuine and trustworthy repair technician and deserves more than 5 stars for his work. His prices are fair and honest and his workmanship is outstanding. Would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family or anyone I meet that is looking to get work done on their car. So happy with the repairs he did for me. My car looks brand new! I have attached photos but the photos don’t do justice for all the work Mirek did. There was a lot of damage under the bumper cover and he made sure everything was repaired perfectly!

I brought a large restoration project to Poliwoda Auto Body. Mirek was very honest, up-front about everything, and did what he said he would. It was an older car and posed a bunch of challenges. The end result is amazing and really shows the care and attention to detail that they put into all their work. I recently bought a 2015 Audi s5 from Mirek and I am extremely satisfied from his work and services he provides . The car looks amazing high quality of craftsmanship. Mirek also worked on my fathers bmw and to this day the bmw looks amazing. Would highly recommend anyone looking for bodywork to go to His shop.

We brought our 2006 Honda Odyssey to be fixed after it was hit by another car and it had a few rusty spots too. The insurance company had recommended Poliwoda Autobody shop. Mirek took care of everything. He sent the quote to the insurance and he was very professional with us and his work. He had to find old 2006 parts, find the matching paint color and he even took care of an extra rusty spot that was outside the damaged area. The backside of our old car looks like new now and we really recommend Mirek and his shop. Also, the communication on the status of everything with Mirek was excellent.

I can’t thank everyone who left a review here enough; your commendations were a big reason I brought my car to Poliwoda Auto Body. Not often do you see so many 5 star reviews and now I know why there are so many and that they are all well-deserved. And I am going to add mine.
We weren’t even in our car when it was crashed; it was being moved by a valet parking attendant who was hit by another attendant. Suffice to say, not the best start to a weekend and even more trouble when the company was reticent to pay since they insured themselves. The best decision I made was bringing the car to Mirek. After taking some photos and looking it over, he immediately sent a quote within a day early the next morning, and told me to reach out with any issues. And there were issues. To which Mirek took upon himself to iron out by reaching out to the company and the assigned appraiser, all of which he did without me committing to having my car repaired by him which ostensibly put him at a loss.
He answered his phone, texts or emails promptly, and often well before I would ever expect. He wrangled with the company and negotiated a price point with them where he was sure he could complete the necessary work. Then I brought my car to him for repair. How could I not? He was already “working” on it.
And I couldn’t be happier. Besides not being able to note there was ever any damage to the car, Mirek was clearly transparent about the issues that he found when he removed the bumpers and fenders and grill and found more problems than initially thought. He addressed and repaired each one in turn and was completely transparent about everything along the way. He kept us updated on anything that might have changed along the way and he worked hard to keep to his self-assigned deadline.
As a businessman, Mirek is open and honest, his prices more than fair; as an auto body mechanic, his work was impeccable. What else could you ask for? The reviews are true.
