Taylor came right out and on time. Had to come back as fix was more complex. Easy to schedule for them to come back. Taylor and Andy were wonderful and did a great job. The fix was completed, they updated me along the way. When completed they ensured all was cleaned up. They took great care of us again. Will continue to use A-1 for all plumbing needs.

Adrian was very professional. He assessed the leaking pipes and suggested what he thought was best. The pricing was very reasonable. Adrian was very efficient. When I called A-Team for service, Adrian was at my house within a half hour of calling and had all the parts to get the job done and fix the multiple leaks and clean up/cut extra pipes to cap off. Absolutely would recommend and use again.

We had to call for an emergency ceiling leak on a Saturday. The answering service was immediate and professional, and they were able to schedule a plumber to come out within the hour I called. Their systems are modern - I got an automatic text with the plumber's info and photo about 20 minutes before their arrival. Adrian was excellent. Professional, kind, upbeat, and willing to answer my many questions with detail. And of course they fixed the leak and cleaned up after. The explorative process for figuring out the leak source was thorough. They offer pricing tiers clearly laid out on a digital system, and each of which are very reasonable while offering you budget flexibility. This is the best and least painful professional service I've used in CT in the last year, and will definitely be hiring them again for other projects. Thanks A Team!

I had a great experience with this company on the phone, and in person. Tony and Adrian came out to install a 4 piece shower pan and walls with a new control valve and drain. I was very pleased with the outcome. Both were professional, hardworking, and cleaned up after themselves. Don’t hesitate to give this company the opportunity.

The technician they sent to our house, Taylor, was great. We had some issues with our sump and they were quick, did the job well and also offered great recommendations on how to get it done with high quality of work. Definitely earned a customer but hopefully we don’t need them again anytime soon..

Unbelievably grateful for the exceptional service provided by this plumbing company! Found myself in a dire emergency situation when the mainline to the septic system became completely blocked. With panic setting in, reached out to this company, got a real person on the phone and within minutes I was scheduled for a repair that day. Their dedication to customer service, especially in the midst of a an emergency on a Sunday, was truly remarkable. A-Team Plumbing has now completed 2 jobs for me both were well done, Andy was my plumber he is fantastic, respectful, answers all my questions & concerns about the job and is very efficient in his work! They cleaned up everything & took all the job debris with them. They will be doing more work for me in the future.

By far the most professional company I have EVER dealt with. Tonight my bathtub was backing up due to someone on the 2nd or 3rd floor above me using their tub to drain a portable washing machine down & I came home to water coming up from my tub drain smelling of laundry soap. My condos property manager called a different company and they were gonna be 5+ hrs before they got here so I called A-Team and they were here within a hour like promised. Tony was AMAZING!! He explained everything he was doing and cleared the main line that was causing the backup issue. Im so thankful for this company being so courteous of their customers needs and making sure they got out ASAP to fix the problem. For now on ANYTIME I need a plumber or asked for a recommendation 110% go with them.
