Wonderful atmosphere. Fully handicapped accessible on the first floor. Wonderful brick ramp from parking lot onto porch. No difficulty crossing threshold into bakery. Top notch baked goods. Wide selection of teas and coffee flavors. Many artistic touches throughout the building. If you walk up to the second floor, you’ll find that portion of the second-floor is left open. As in there’s no floor. You can sit at tables at the railing around this opening and look down to the café on the first floor. A wonderful effect. 2nd Floor also has a lending library and assorted games that can be played while you’re munching.

My mom and I rented the top floor of this quaint bakery for my birthday today. We rented the room for 2 hours. The event was PERFECTION.

The cake was gorgeous and delicious. It was served on a pedestal, with plates, utensils, cake cutter, and candles. See the photos I posted.

Bev, one of the owners, could not have been nicer. We chose a Sunday because they had live folk music, which was a nice treat.

Everyone loved the cake and the space. My mom was even impressed, and she can be quite fussy. 5 stars!!!!! Thank you to everyone who made my birthday special at Oxford Baking Company.

OBC is amazing and the quality is always 100%. Recently ordered a mini carrot cake for a birthday and exceeded my expectations! Their breakfast sandwiches are always amazing as well. Would recommend them to everyone!

Victoria at the Oxford Baking Company is amazing!! Everything she bakes turns into gold. She made these custom cookies for my party and not only did they look stunning but were delicious!!! She also did mini cupcakes and they were yummy as well!!

Sweetest little bakery with absolutely delicious scones (peach brown sugar was divine) and caffeinated beverages! I loved my chai tea latte and cinnamon roll latte. Beverly (one of the owners) sat down with us and we were able to hear a bit of her story—she is incredible!

Great little bakery with a wide variety of baked goods including sweet and savory flavors. Also serving good coffee, lattes and chai! Can’t wait to come back and try more.

Came back and tried more! Mini doughnuts and a cherry chocolate pinwheel…yum! Fresh squeezed lemonade is also delicious

We passed through Oxford to visit this adorable Bakery/cafe. They have amazing vegan options; I ordered the vegan blueberry muffin and was not disappointed! They even ask if you want your order toasted 🫶🏻 Love the rustic interior and the toilet that flushes with a wave 👋🏻😄 We came through on a late Sunday morning and they had a couple playing live music. It was an amazing ambience and I totally recommend. Employees are so friendly and did their best to keep up with orders. One thing I would suggest is taking names for orders so it’s easier for customers to pick up.

Great atmosphere and friendly baristas! Always have a great variety of baked goods! I am a huge fan of the caramel lattes! I ordered a cake for my sisters 50th birthday party & was extremely satisfied! It exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely beautiful! Thank you OBC!

We are a lucky neighbor of this fabulous place. They always are so welcoming and of course make the best pastries and desserts. Therefore, it was a no brainer to use them for my daughter’s first birthday cake! 5 stars all the way around 🎂

First time visit here. The bakery is located in an older building which is common for this area. The parking area is gravel and within a short distance to the building. A covered front porch is over the entrance door. Once inside we were greeted by the warmth of a fireplace on this cold morning. There were tables and chairs, comfortably distanced from the others. The bakery clerk suggested her favorites and since we could not decide, chose to take one of each. The coffee selection will keep you coming back to try each one.. There are various option for goods which also include gluten free and vegan.

Order cake for my daughter’s wedding. They delivered it 1 hr away the cake was absolutely gorgeous and the taste was incredible! This bakery is definitely a 5 plus star!!!

You can tell a lot about a place when you have a problem and when I did OBC didn't disappoint. I purchased a loaf of bread that when I got home and had sliced, realized that it was stale and past it's "sell by" date. I reported this to them and they seemed genuinely horrified, and promptly refunded my money.
Great response, problem solved, I will return again and again.

Want a cozy warm community bakery look no further these boxes are all checked. The coffee is great the pastry is amazing the breakfast sandwiches are so delicious and the dog treats are great to my dogs insist. This is a must stop bakery in this area of Connecticut.

We stayed at an air bnb and found this local gem. Food was fresh and the choices were a lot more than expected. There were even some breakfast sandwiches. I wish every town had one of these. Additionally we visited during the pandemic and it is a small space but they had plenty of sanitizer available and an industrial air filter that had been installed. Certainly seemed like they were taking appropriate precautions. Food was incredible , friendly staff - great experience.

First of all, I LOVE a little free library. It's on the right side of the building (the plants around it could stand to be trimmed but that's okay!) I also am a huge fan of the biodegradable, but not paper straws. I thought I had ordered a sausage egg and cheese, but I was brought a bacon egg and cheese. I either misspoke or was misheard. As you can see though, that didn't affect my rating at all because I insisted it not get fixed because I didn't mind, and certainly not upon seeing how thick the bacon was. I was asked multiple times if I was sure that I didn't want it corrected, so if you are somebody who would mind, it's not like it's a take it or leave it scenario. The biscuit it was on was so fluffy too. The strawberry lemon muffin they warmed up for me was delicious. Food is great, customer service is great, atmosphere is great. I'll definitely be returning.

This was a really nice coffee and pastry shop. The rustic feel of the place belies the accuracy and quality of what they offer: coffees, lattes, pastries, sandwiches, breakfast items and other tasty treats. Stop in. You won't be disappointed.

A was in heaven when I ate the best Coconut Pineapple MOIST scone ever! The Mango Pineapple smoothie was out of this world also!

Great experience ordering 2 custom cakes for two different occasions. They are reasonably priced and both of the cakes were beautiful and delicious!
