As a warehouse management systems vendor for RR Freight for over 4 years, I have watched this company’s amazing growth in warehousing operations and logistics services. They have grown from two warehouses to seven in four years. The owners work aggressively to meet the needs of their customers and often call on us to quickly add features or bend over backwards to meet their customer’s requests. The impressive growth comes from hard work and dedicated customer service. The recent addition of their new warehouse operations manager, Rick, is yet another step in their commitment to running a professional, efficient contract/3PL warehousing operation.

Delivered here not too long ago. Nice guy who worked there, hard worker, was unloaded quickly. I was out of hours to drive to nearest safe haven and they were polite enough to allow me to park. Weren't too busy so not sure if they allow it when busy. Either way very quiet and the business very professional and courteous to truck drivers.

These guys are great! Whatever you need, whether it be warehousing or trucking they make sure that they get the job done on time efficiently and without breaking the bank. These guys truly put their customers first and their efforts to keep me updated on the status of my shipment have not gone unnoticed! I will choose R&R Freight Services over their competitors every time because of their outstanding customer service, and commitment to quality.

This broker company didn’t like to pay freight charges JBS (swift) be aware your incompetent broker will charge you way too expensive and make you think they owned their own trucks
while they just sold the load for cheap!!!
or way better they don’t pay to carriers for move your freight not even that they also don’t know how to book pick up and delivery appointments causing your product being mix between all delivery location I booked a load with them last week I should first read all the bad reviews they have from freight forwarders and carrier on DAT my fault !!!!
Carriers if you want to get a freightguard on carrier 411 so that way the avoid to pay and work for free go ahead and book with them
We deliver in Disney Orlando am pretty sure they still don’t know they received wrong product
And also wrong temperature were set on rate confirmation and stated by the shipper will have to run on -10 this guys don’t know nothing about shipping
They really need to get training in how to run freight bussines

This the types of broker need to get punishment for their action The facts are that, in this highly regulated industry, the broker sector is the least-regulated entity of all. If you have $300 for the authority and have a credit line, or the cash for the $10,000 surety or trust, you can be a broker. You can operate out of your home or out of your vehicle. You go through no type of audit or review, and currently no one tracks your operation or activity. You are allowed to draw up contracts without guidance, restrictions or oversight.
In comparison to carriers
-upon obligations to find out 30 days later there is no pay.
In an industry that is as regulated as the trucking industry is, why would it ever be OK with any of us to continue to allow small-business truckers to give their time, use their equipment, provide their insurance and front money for fuel for a broker that has no incentive to pay the agreed-upon freight charges?

I urge you to pay my factoring company for the invoice of 10,150 dollars what a shame companies like JBS (swift) trust you with their product they don’t aware that their product are being mix and wrongly delivered that the shippers didn’t get what they ordered due to you incompetency to book delivery appointments

I wish I didn't even have to put 1 star, they deserve negatives. Extremely rude and unprofessional freight broker. All they do is double broker their loads all day long, they are rude on the phone, and do not care about the carriers that run their double brokered freight. They have no customers, I just learned from an employee of theirs that every single load they move has been either consolidated or double brokered. If you care of your freight, do not give it to them. Its brokers like this that have ruined the freight industry. Stay away, carriers beware.
