Liberty Pizza

The 3.8 rating is not at all the correct rating for this wonderful establishment. Each and EVERY single time I’ve ordered from here I get treated with respect. The food ALWAYS gets delivered hot and super yummy. They deliver so fast, and are so frendly on the phone. I even go in person to pick up orders sometimes and they’re always so friendly, even the individuals cooking the pizza greet me. I honestly think the ratings are bad because people just want to bring this place down due to malice intentions. No. Don’t believe the bad reviews. Tip the driver well if you’re ordering out, don’t be a cheapskate and expect quality food. Owner if you’re reading this, you guys are GREAT. Been ordering here for years and never ONCE have you guys ever treated me poorly. Hate seeing people talking poorly about a place operating with efficiency. I’m writing this right before placing my order… I couldn’t believe the review rating so I had to comment!

I deliver for UberEats and I’ve done several deliveries from this place. My family and I are always looking for new options to try for pizza do I decided to give this place a try for ourselves, and I’m very happy I did. They were very accommodating, and very friendly even after I came late. I left my wallet at home so I had to go all the way back, and they held my food with no problem at all. Now that pizza is just....... SO GOOD. Best pizza I’ve found in New Haven since we’ve moved here almost a year ago. It’s not the typical new haven super thin crust but it is really good for people who like a little bite to their pizza! Perfect ratio of sauce, cheese and dough and everything tastes fresh. Oh and the wings!!! I highly recommend! We will definitely be making this our go to place for pizza and wings. And to add, their staff is SO nice! You feel very welcome when you’re in there compared to other pizza places. Thanks for the great first experience!

Some restaurants you order from for quality, others for quantity. My wife and I order from Liberty for both.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and immediately received a call from the restaurant for clarification on a special request with my order. Not only do I appreciate that they wanted to get my order right, but the woman I spoke to on the phone was so cheery and personable.

The food is always great, and the size vs. price is perfect. This was my third order and I will definitely order again!

I only gave atmosphere to Stars because of what goes on outside of the building that they can't control but I'm just giving an honest opinion

The food is always great. It's a nice and clean place. Very friendly staff. I eat here maybe 2-3 times a week and they have so much to offer on the menu. You must try The "Liberty special pizza", it's so good. Thank me later!!!

Have you ever seen cheese in the tip of a calzone? Me either, but this place achieved it! Everything was fresh, the dough tasted amazing, nicely crispy pizza. You can taste the freshness in the cheese, in the dough, this food was definitely made with the heart! 100% recommended will return

I changed my rating from one star to five stars because the customer service is getting much better. Phone conversations are more pleasant. I no longer feel like I'm bothering them when I call. Keep up the good work.

The worst customer experience I've experienced in a long time. I'm not sure what's going on with Liberty Piizza but it tells me there is intenal problems. I hope for safety's sake it does not affect the food quality too. Whoever is working the phone should not be in this position.

I ordered a crispy chicken Caesar wrap with mayonnaise, Caesar dressing, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomato combo with fries and the wrap was exactly what I was hoping for!! the chicken strips were very crispy but soft and tender at the same time and the fries absorbed the ketchup so scrumptiously!!!

Definitely one of my all time favorites when I lived in the area. Pizza is delicious

Pizza is great, But the lady on the phone had a bit of trouble hearing me. I said I would like 16 Wings and she said we don’t sell 60 wings. Besides that it’s good.

I ordered from just moving to hamden and took a chance. I ordered the liberty pizza and it was delicious! Also ordered their buffalo wings that was ok but the piazza!!! Definitely ordering again quick service too

It was my first time there,and the young lady had great customer service. There is parking space in the back where its monitored by cameras,so when you go in,there's a flat screen with camera so you can look at your car.

The pizza is great and also the customer service is very friendly . Would recommend this place for any family or if your hungry
