Been coming here on and off (my own fault) for the past two years. Really nice gym, very lowkey, mature atmosphere, no bs like you get at other gyms in the area. Friendly staff and regulars. Highly recommend. Worth the memebership

Im a powerlifter..i love thus gym and am in the process of trying to get some of the guys from work to join it as well. 24hrs is amazing too, if work 16 hours a day and need flexibility with gym hours...yeah...im in love with this joint.

Old school gym, friendly atmosphere, comfortable without the main stream gym hype, trainers are great to work with as well...

nice place if you're a member already. sucks if you are not one, hard to gain attention/ get membership. 24 hours accessibility with a fob. no water fountain though, sink water only. lots of toys
