Providence St. Joseph Medical Center

My son was hurt while on vacation and they took such great care of him. Very kind and attentive staff from check in, to the nurses, X-ray tech, and the doctor. He is leaving feeling much better and that’s what every mom could hope for. Thank Providence Polson, Montana.

Tammy and Gretchen set up my loved one to pass on peacefully, with dignity and grace. They and chaplain AJ were very kind and caring for family as well

I had the best emergency room experience i ever had ! We got there around midnight on a Saturday night and received top notch care from RN Tyler M & PA Timothy . They were so compassionate and caring and went the second mile for us !!! We knew we were in good hands !Jake & Melody Borntrager

Not sure why the reviews are so low. If it were not for the ladies and the one guy on graveyard shift my son would be dead. The staff in Polson are truly unsung heroes n deserve way more appreciation. Medical staff, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK N IT'S ABSOLUTELY SAD TO SEE HOW UNGRATEFUL PEOPLE CAN BE. YOU ARE THE BEST

We had our son here and the doctor and nurses were very kind and helpful through our entire stay. They were also more than happy to accommodate any extra arrangements in order to make sure our stay was comfortable. It's always nice to have a local hospital that you can trust that also has a professional yet personal care environment.

I can never expect 5 stars from a hospital... but I love Straub and McKenzie! They treat me and my son well and are attentive to our needs and wants as patients. The clinic and er visits are hit and miss but that’s why I try and get into appointments if it can wait.

I've gone here for a few months and the care I've received was good, both doctors and nurses are friendly, and I've never had an issue with my scheduling.

Service was fast, staff was friendly. We didn't wait long and got the help we needed in a quick and professional manner.

Went to the ER on a Sunday night with symptoms that really frightened me and was diagnosed with afib. The entire staff was absolutely amazing

I was impressed for the er side they helped me immensely because I had get a second opinion and already had to pay one er bill they answered all my questions with out charging me thankfully they did not have to admit my son or I would have paid for for two er visits

I feel so lucky to have St. Joes and all the resources they provide right here in our community. Thank you nurses and doctors and administrators! Very grateful for your service.

The care received in your facility was amazing. A lot was going on but once I was stable and sent to Missoula was told everything was what was supposed to be. Thank you so much.

i have nothing but the best to say about the staff at this hosptal. i was in the hospital for 5 days, the nurses and doctor I saw was so great.

They have the best Dr. On staff in the whole state. Dr. Terry Smith and his awesome nurse.

Great care, great facility. Admin side is not so great dealing with insurance but the Doctors and nurses are great!
