This was my first time in this lovely shop. I was greeted by Angie the manager and she made me feel warm and wanted 😊. I made an impulse purchase of some amazing sparkly booties. And also went to the website a few days later and purchased the maroon suede riding boots. They just arrived and they are stylish, comfortable and hella sexy with a conservative heel. This is my new shop!! Beyond satisfied.

At this location you always find the best customer service. The employee called De De is absolutly amazing. This is not one time service, she is always ready to go above and beyond. In the past two years she helped me with making a dDecisions ,size and also making sure i recive my clothe on time. I got my shirt with a managers help in 24 hours from Norwalk store to Milford store. What special about her is that she dose it with smile.

Went in today to return some items I ordered online and Theresa started a fitting room for me try on a couple jackets. Love love love whbm jackets! Theresa is the best! Great service at this store.

Always helpful finding nice items and exclusive pieces for my wife. My customer service experiences here are always exceptional at this location, even when they don't have a item in stock someone here goes out the way for me and gets it from another location for me even if i want to return a item for a legit reason always first class, hospitable warm treatment.

From my wife’s perspective- always well stocked and usually find a good value buy.
