Beyond grateful to call The Girl Spot my home away from home. I took the Pole Intro class in December of 2018 and was instantly hooked! Here I am almost 4.5 years later continuing to share my love for dance with the absolute BEST people by my side! Sarah works so hard to create an inviting, safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all of her teachers and students. I love my dance family! Come join us!

Class is currently only by REQUEST ONLY, based on instructor availability. Totally worth it! Min of 3 participants TOTAL, BRING WATER, AND DOUBLE UP ON YOUR LEGGINGS and maybe bring a pair of work out/lifting gloves(to assist with grip) and yourself!
They send you a very informative Bungee Flight email once payment is applied, and are very kind to work with. Very clean and inviting and organized atomosphere. I had so much fun, and so did my friends!
They also have Ariel yoga and Lyra as well as pole dancing here too; Be sure to check it out and tell them ANDREA sent you! You will NOT be dissapointed! I literally cant wait to RETURN!

absolutley love every moment of coming to this pole studio. everyone there is so friendly and teach you technique very well. they are encouraging and helpful. i appreciate the studio and helping me get back my love for pole after a few years off.

I have been attending Pole beginners for the last couple months and I LOVE it! The instructors are very professional, explaining every detail and make sure you follow the steps correctly. BEST place to learn pole dance if you start from 0!

I went to The Girl Spot for my sister’s bachelorette party and had an amazing time! As MOH I was really anxious that everyone have fun and feel safe- The Girl Spot delivered! Our instructor was so amazing! She was professional and warm, hilarious and considerate, experienced and patient. If you’re a woman looking to get back in touch with your fittest, sensual self, definitely check them out! The place is also super clean and inviting. Would def go back!

BEST STUDIO HANDS DOWN!!! The Girl Spot is a place that offers fitness, aerial classes, yoga and more all in a fun and supportive environment. I have taken classes there since 2016 and it transformed me into a more active and strong person. The instructors are very talented and experienced so each class you learn something new and exciting, while being completely safe. The community of individuals keeps me motivated to return to classes week after week, which is the mos consistent workout regime I have ever been a part of. Highly recommend anyone interested in aerial fitness or looking for a new way to workout to come to The Girl Spot. Best decision I've ever made!!!

A wonderful dance studio for pole and lyra classes. Judy, Marissa, Lisa, Liz, and Christine are all wonderful instructors and foster a supportive community at the studio. I have been going here since 2017 and look forward to my classes as the highlight of my week. If you have ever been curious about pole dance classes this is the place to try them!

A studio with amazing classes and instructors who are inclusive and help you work hard to achieve goals far past what you thought you were capable of. The students are so warm and welcoming, and Judy is so great in helping you work things out. My experience here has been phenomenal.

I have been going to the Girl Spot for almost a year and I love it. There is so much encouragement from the instructors and students alike to push yourself and become better all around. The longer I have been going the more I want to keep going - I'm up to 3 days a week. The wide assortment of classes is great too. And this studio is accepting of all ages, shapes, career backgrounds, etc...It truly is a family and after one class, you'll be hooked.

This place has been one to boost my self esteem for sure. The instructors are always helpful and encouraging.Every class I’ve attended was a great workout. 10/10 recommend if you’re trying to get out of the house and try something new.

My friends put together a private birthday party at the Girl Spot... it was amazing! When we arrived they brought me balloons and sent me off with a gift bag! The dance we learned was super fun and engaging for our whole group including al levels of fitness and age. I would highly recommend to anyone 💞

One of my favorite places in the world! I drive over an hour each way to get here twice a week because it's so worth it. The instructors are fantastic, the community is wonderful, and I'm stronger than I've ever been before.
