One of the best vets we have ever had the pleasure of working with. It's not often that you will find a vet with knowledge and helpful staff like will here. If you can see if they are taking new patients you will not be sorry. This is coming from a guy who grew up with dogs and served with them. Love this place

They took excellent care of my dog King. They took us rite in and made King feel at home even though he wasn't feeling good. He is much better today and cant give the Dr and staff enough stars. Love this place and this will be King's new Dr.
Totally recommend.

My wife and I have 4 cats and have been going to Beacon Valley for about a year now. We moved here a few years ago and we finally found a great vet that is closer than our last vet 35 minutes away. We have been there at least a dozen times now for issues large and small. The staff and Dr. Laubstein are excellent and friendly. They always get us appointments very quickly. Sometimes the same day when it's urgent. We are lucky to have them a mile from our house. I highly recommend them. Thank you for your great care. We really appreciate it.

I brought my ~6 year old cat here for vaccinations and a general wellness check. She’s a very finicky cat (doesn’t particularly like to be handled, very vocal, anxious, etc.) and Dr. Laubstein was great with her. I had concerns about her vomiting and he was able to give me possible solutions and explanations for why it might be happening. He was gentle with my girl and didn’t rush the exam. I also appreciated his honesty when I asked whether I should schedule a dental exam for her (he said he didn’t think it was necessary); I know there are stories you hear about vets recommending “unnecessary” procedures for a profit. The receptionist and vet tech that I interacted with were great and personable as well, I’m happy to have found a reliable vet office that really seems to care for it’s animal patients that I can go to for many years to come.

My family and I have been using Beacon Valley Animal Hospital for over a decade now. They staff has alway been very helpful and caring towards my family and pets. I was recently there with both my cat and dog and the staff worked with us to try and make the situation less stressful for my pets. The visit for both animals was a fair price. The staff also called to follow up with test results in a very timely fashion.

My Daughter's Small Yorkshire Terrior was lost and on the 7th day after he, Odie, had roamed from Art Space School off US 70 to Andrew Gentry and John Yeltons home near Beacon Veterinary, Odie was found on their front porch. They took Odie to Beacon where they responsibly scanned Odie's chip, called his owner Kristin, and now Odie is home. The nurse took ticks and burs off Odie without being asked.
Thanks to all involved in getting little Odie back to his safe home. 💕

UPDATE: The office staff squeezed us into their schedule. My dog needed emergency surgery. I was a mess not knowing how this would turn out. Again Dr. Brian is amazing. My little girl is doing great. Thank you to the staff who were so supportive and to the doc for his vast experience and professionalism.

Dr. Brian has been our pet’s doctor for over 17 years. He is caring and always professional. After all this time, he never acts like it’s just a job. When our Minpin passed my wife was so upset she couldn’t put him down. Brian suggested looking for a pretty urn and he’d take care of the rest. We not only got back some ashes, we got a little clay imprint of our little one’s paw. My rescue is now ill and I’m sure Dr. Brian will take good care of her no matter what the outcome. The staff is always friendly and professional. Prices could be a bit lower, but I’ll gladly pay the fees for this high level of care. Thank you all for caring about my little fur babies. Customer for life.

Very friendly staff, Super personable and compassionate they make you feel invited and welcomed. The doctors are very respectful of your precious fur babies. Other than the VCA you will not find a better vet in the area. If you love your pets and you like being treated like a human being then this is the place for you!

I have always been happy with their services. Everyone smiles and are helpful and empathetic. They have a real concern for their patients and always call to check up on them. My dog is actually happy to go see the vet and the techs. She's excited and pulling me to get in the door

We have been going to this vet for 10 years. They have provided wonderful care to my cat on numerous occasions and fit us in on very short notice for urgent care. The prices are very fair and they don't nickel and dime you like some other places.

I went to Beacon Valley for 13 or 14 years. I had to leave and find a Vet closer to me for medical reasons. I miss them all very much. Dr. Brian is a great guy. I miss him the most. Everyone that was part of the staff for all those years were all wonderful, loving and caring people. I have not 1 negative thing to say about anyone. Dr. Patty was also wonderful., However, we saw Dr. Brian most of the time and he was our primary. My dogs loved going there - We went every three weeks for nail trims and all the girls would have to do is open the door, say hi to them and they would just go on in alone - The Vet we go to now is horrible. The girls at the desk are always confused, the vets are afraid of my Shepard - The guy Dr., has never touched her, and she has to be muzzled as soon as we walk in the door - My Madison is very mellow and she is scared of them - Both of them are very standoffish w/ both my dogs - I have a puppy - 1 1/2 - she hates going there too! Your not going to find any better that Dr. Brian - He has always been up front with any and all issues - We disagreed on Dog Foods and always had a good laugh - I'm stubborn and he dealt with it in a great joking manner - and then there were the few times he had to deliver bad news and he showed tremendous emotion - as did all of the staff - both in person and on the phone - I miss you guys.
Hope all is well

Yesterday was our first visit and unfortunately it was an emergency visit; I cannot thank them enough, they saved our cats life. Had they not gotten our sweet boy in right away I have no doubt he wouldn't be here today. Everyone was so kind to us, I'm recommending Beacon Valley to everyone I know.

My favorite vet. For 20+ years, they have taken care of my animals. I could not think of going anywhere else. Dr. Burke is a great and gentle doctor who has a way with kitties, even mine who tend to have attitudes. I would not think of going anywhere else

Always helpful, kind and compassionate. Bailey has always had allergy issues, among a host of other problems including cancer. Dr. Brian has always been kind and gentle with him. Sadly, we had to find another vet because we moved out of state. After Bailey's last visit I cried as we left. They were great.

This animal hospital/vet is fantastic. The price point is one of the fairest in the state. The staff is very attentive and always willing to answer my questions. My dog loves the people and they are all truly animal lovers..

I have been taking my animals to BVAH for over 20 yrs and they are the best. The doctors and staff are all very compassionate and are great at what they do. They have always gone above and beyond to give our pets the best care possible.

Last week this time, we lived one of every pet owners nightmares. My 9 year old shepherd, Nevada, was not acting herself. My husband brought her into Dr. Brian late afternoon and within a few moments, Dr. Brian felt something in her belly. After Xrays, it was evident it was a mass in the area of her spleen and possibly her liver. Being extremely thorough, Dr Brian arranged for her to get an ultrasound immediately at one of the area emergency clinics, did blood work and performed an additional chest xray so that we could make an educated decision as to what we were up against. The entire time, he was very calming (even though we just wanted to sob) explaining Nevada's care plan. Within an hour, Dr Brian was reviewing the ultrasound results with the Doctor that performed the ultrasound. Dr Brian scheduled emergency surgery to remove Nevada's spleen for first thing in the morning with her little sister, Sedona donating blood for Nevada, in order to stack the deck to give her the best chance possible. My husband and I felt the most comfortable with Dr Brian performing the surgery. By 8am she was at the hospital. Within 2 hours, Dr Brian let us now that she did really good in surgery and they were able to remove the spleen intact sending a biopsy to the lab just to be sure. Huge sigh of relief. Throughout the day, Dr Brian let us know each time Nevada and Sedona made it over huddles. It was so incredibly comforting knowing what was going on as anyone who has gone through this knows the agony of watching the clock. His staff at Beacon Valley Animal Hospital are absolutely AWESOME!! While we were going through this, it was like his staff was going through it with us. They were so compassionate and empathetic. Not only that, they were so complete in their care instructions, what to expect, the meds, and they had it all printed out just to be sure. Dr Brian followed up first thing the next day to see how we made out. The staff was insistent, call if we had any questions or concerns. As soon as the biopsy results came in, AWESOME news from Dr Brian, the biopsy came back benign.

Our little girl, Nevada, would not be here right now if it weren’t for Dr. Brian’s prompt and accurate diagnosis after which he performed a life-saving operation. Dr. Brian’s extensive experience and knowledge especially in a crisis situation is incredible. He and his staff are so compassionate. I really do feel as though Dr. Brian treats each and every one of his clients' animals as if they were his own. We have been bringing our shepherds to Dr Brian for years. I am so thankful for Dr Brian and his staff. Even if our results were not as good, my husband and I know that our girls have the best chance possible with Dr Brian and his staff.
