Music Center of North Haven Llc

I want to give a shout out to the Music Center. My out of town husband needed to practice an instrument during an visit to CT, and at the last minute, the owner kindly arranged for a short term rental for him. During our pickup we couldn’t help but overhear the extremely high quality of teaching and student performance. Even more impressive was the joyful ambiance in this cozy, charming music store. It’s a gem and this community is lucky to have this resource.

Our five grandchildren have been part of the wonderful musical experience at The Music Center of North Haven. It is a life changing program for us and a chance for them to grow individually and as a group as they play together. Their teachers are incredible, very talented, patient and professional. It is an investment in our youth which is very much needed. They can learn responsibility, a sense of accomplishment in achieving goals, positivity, accountability, confidence, commitment, work ethic, creativity, morale, overall uplifting and safe experience. They perform in concerts and in front of other audiences, which enhances self esteem. They also perform for friends and family and enjoy doing it. Everyone should check out the variety of musical programs offered at the center. Owners Mark and Mary are great, as is the entire staff. Just a little note 🎼 from the Miller Family.

What an amazing place. My daughter takes voice lessons with Lia, who knows how to connect with her students and keep them engaged and interested in learning. Owners Mark and Mary will quickly make you feel at home in this family-oriented environment. We just completed our first Music Fest, which was a wonderful experience. Not like your typical recitals; very laid back, informal atmosphere which focuses on the children and their talent. We left with such a feeling of pride at seeing our daughter perform and witnessing first hand her growth in such a short period of time. We are very excited about continuing our journey with Music Center of North Haven and look forward to what’s to come!

Mark and team do a great job, even for an amateur. They make you feel comfortable and their people are good. Glad I walked in and asked for lessons. Just an all around nice experience.

Can't say enough good things about "The Musical Forest Cafe" !!! The food, service & atmosphere are all outstanding. I'm so happy to have such a great cafe right here in North Haven. I most certainly will be returning till I try everything on the menu.

I really enjoy being part of the Music Center of North Haven. Mark, his wife, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They make you feel like you are part of a family.

I walked into the store on a mission to see if any ukulele sheet music was there, to give to a friend of mine. I walked out with a brand new LUNA acoustical guitar.
Jared (?) at the register gave me much advice. Part of the purchase was a sort of "tune up" given by the owner. The owner was not there on the day of purchase but gladly accommodated me a few days later. He tweaked the neck a little which gave the guitar some unbelievable action.
Nothing but great service at this place!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Both of my sons have been taking lessons here since Sept. 2016 and have thrived with patient and attentive instructors. Thank you!
