As someone in sales it felt great to have a salesman try to sell me something! Personal touch goes a long way.

Next door to the knife shop I was at so i have no other comment. I wasn't even inside of the men's wearhouse, I walked past it stopped and looked in the window while on my way to the knife shop. However a few years ago I was shopping in there and bought a couple of shirts and some other items. I was helped or directed but not attacked like a lot of mall store employees who work on Commission will follow and try to keep selling you stuff you don't need so changed review to 5 stars because they allowed me to shop

They did a great job with my son's wedding a few months ago. We have another event coming and my husband needed to get a new suit. The woman who helped us put him in a suit and WOW he looks amazing! Bravo Morgan.

Super friendly and from the second we walked in the door they offered to help us. They measured, got several pieces of pants jackets, shirts, shoes, socks, ties and handkerchiefs and pit together a fantastic perfect suit for my daughters upcoming wedding. Highly recommended !!!

Murray and James were both very helpful in setting up the items needed for my wedding party. Murray was friendly and helpful. He handled my initial visit and provided great options/recommendations that work with my style preferences.

James was also very friendly and helpful. He handled my second visit and spent the time to pull up relevant info from my groomsmen profiles and tracked down a needed belt by calling several different stores. His attention to detail and organization skills were critical in my scenario.

I have been a client of Mens Warehouse for many years. This was by far my best experience. If you are looking for a quick and easy experience, look for Evan! I went there looking for one suit and ended up buying three custom suits. Evan made it easy, and his design sense was amazing. It took very little effort on my part as Evan led us through all the fabrics and designs available. I look forward to doing all of my future business at the 850 Hartford Turnpike location. Clean, large store with helpful staff!

The customer service here gets 5 stars. I called in a panic only 3 days out from my wedding because there had been a misunderstanding in our order and we were one tie short. The associate who helped me was incredible, he picked up the tie on his way home to bring it into the store the next day! The groomsmen looked fantastic and the ties became one less thing to worry about!

James is the GOAT. Although they were busy and low staffed, he was just absolutely filled with joy. At another Men's Wearhouse, about two days ago, I had a horrible experience, which made me walk out and leave the store. I then moved to my college, where the only rental store for suits within 15 miles was this store. With my gas tank and pockets in mind, I decided to give this store a shot, and I couldn't be happier. A few hours after leaving the store, I discovered that I needed a different kind of suit. When I called, James was humorous, helpful, and got the problem resolved within a matter of 5 minutes. I could not have been happier with my experience here.

The staff was very helpful. Seth helped us out and tried to make sure that we were all taken care of. He made an effort to keep my toddler engaged while helping me pick out clothes for a wedding. I will definitely buy from here again.

Great help from James yesterday. Very knowledgeable guy. I got fitted for a suit for my wedding and i was very happy with how helpful the team was for a guy like me with hardly any experience with clothes shopping and no experience with suits.
