During check out I asked the cashier girl if there were any coupons I didn't know about or have. She told me there could be a coupon on line and then proceeded to help me find it. I saved another 20%

They were very helpful. The message I received saying my scarfs were in aldo said to go to the jewelry department to pick them up. The women there could not find my package and one of them ended up going to a different department to get it for me. I greatly appreciated that because I am handicapped.

Did an online order to pickup in store and it was easy peasy! They have a door especially for pickups and they are fast and efficient.

The sales were only average for a mall closing soon. The store staff were helpful and kind. Really went all out to help me find out if I had any credit left on an outdated prepaid gift card. Amex was not helpful but the store tell did try her best to find out if there was a balance that could be used on the card.

I hesitated to go shopping this afternoon with the rush of the crowds etc. But decided to head to JC Penny's. It was refreshing how well I was treated. From the moment I entered the store, every sales associate went out of their way to help. They were polite, and accommodating.

Found beautiful curtains for a great price, had to exchange for a different color and the ladies working were more than pleasant. Great customer service that you won't get buying online and no shipping back and forth.

Great prices excellent customer service! Unfortunately, central air doesn’t work so the store is hot. They really need to get that fixed. Miserable employees from the heat is -not right.

This is where jeans fit me the best. You can almost always get something on sale. Tops are usually medium quality but also medium priced. They have a lot of different things, such as jewelry, shoes and bedding.

We were in the portrait studio, and worked with Larry as always. He is wonderful and we highly recommended him! Our son is full of energy and loves to be silly, so Larry captured photos of him just being himself, along with ones of him being not so silly (when we could manage to). I absolutely love that because he's not forced to sit like a statue.

Store is a bit spartan. But I found what I went for (sheets) and grabbed a few bargains while I was there. I've always had good luck with Penney's for sheets and dresses. Hoping they don't close this one down or there won't be anywhere to buy real dresses.

This is a small Jc Penney's store so not a huge selection. But whatever they do have is in good supply. With coupons emailed to you etc..You can really get some great deals at JCPENNEY. , The quality of clothes, housewares etc is excellent in my opinion. It is too bad store is not bigger so you can see things like furniture etc

With regard to the Professional Portrait Studio at Waterford, CT: these folks are fantastic! They went above and beyond anything we imagined. They're very friendly, very flexible, and will make you a happy customer. Highly recommended (I wish I could give them 6 stars).

We were at the portrait studio. The photographer was awesome. He made me and my boys laugh nonstop. He made it fun. Will definitely go back when I have the boys all together again.

The JCPenney portrait studio photographer did an amazing job with my daughters pictures. He was fun, creative, and had good rapport. We will definitely go back and highly recommend a visit if you're in need of portraits.

Had a good supply of clothes this time. Prices were really compared to other stores.
