Went here with the CT Foraging Club. The area was very peaceful and pretty. Perfect atmosphere for a crisp autumn hike. The pathway isn’t difficult to walk either, most people will be able to use it

Very atmospheric place. Here, you can play with children on the playground, play tennis on the court, walk with your dog or just walk, enjoy the silence and the beauty of nature

Great place . They have a beautiful walking trail . With story time on it. Love the hiking area. To bad the lake ain’t there anymore. I use to go swimming here. Saw as lot deer, some people horse back riding. There a splash pad for the kids, playground, tennis courts, baseball field, and a soccer field . There a spot in the back for model airplanes to fly. But you need a permit to fly there. You get your permit from Milford city hall.

Absolutely amazing park. Friendly people. Two playscapes one for small children one for older children, also out of this world splash pad area with plenty of room. Free to everyone even if you're from out of town. Just pay attention to parking areas one parking lot to left is for residents.

Wish I could give this place 6 stars! Something for everyone: kids, equestrians, dog owners, bird lovers, model airplane fliers, community gardeners, pickle ball courts, soccer field, and a public golf course across the street. What a resource for the community!

Honestly a beautiful park on its own and I appreciated the playground being fenced in. Our little guy has a hunger for adventure so being enclosed was great for everyone.

It’s a great kids park but be aware as of August 2023 Splash Pad is closed.

This is a really lovely playground. Bodie's place is a safe, fun environment for kids to play. They have updated playing structures and the recently installed splash pad. There are lots of things to do at this park from walking trails, dog park, tennis and pickleball (whatever that is). My kids love playing on the playground and it's a nice place to let them run and get their energy out.

As Marrying a girl from Milford I sort of adapted it as my second home. It has a lot to offer residents. I found a DIAMOND in the rough! Eisehower Park is an up and comming residential park on the outdoor of the town near the town of Orange border. My wife and I walked the magnificent trails and viewed an up and comming state of the art playground, tennis courts, Dog Park and yes even a pond hopefully will be in the repair works offering fishermen some action with large mouth Bass, catfish and perch. There is also the Wepawaug river that runs through the park offering trout fishing now. You do need a fishing Licsense. An ample off street parking lot makes it easy to park and participate in the sport of your choice. Great place for family's to have fun on the weekends.Great place for seniors like us to feel young again. And the greatest thing of all, it's FREE. Try it! You like it!

Splash Pad!! This park is great for children. There is a huge playground and splash pad in the summer months. It is wheelchair accessible. There are also hiking trails that are great for all ages and perfect for walking the dog.

Excellent spot to bring kids on hot summer days. The splash pad is large and the playground has a good amount of shade
Bathroom/changing rooms are clean and there is also a water fountain to fill water bottles. 10/10

Plenty of Pickle Ball courts. The retaining fences make it easy to retrieve your balls.

The new splash pad took what had been our favorite playground and park during our frequent visits to see grandma and grandpa, and turned it into a full blown additional reason to go visit them!!

Considering the absence of any public pools in the town for kids/families (a real crime in my eyes! Having grown up in upstate NY with lots of free public pools, and living here in NYC with lots of great public pools), this splash pad feels like a long time coming and absolutely necessary.

It was a wonderful addition to the park/neighborhood and our 4yr old was as in love as we were on a super hot, humid, 90+ temperature day!! Public bathrooms, water fountains and a water bottle filling station as well makes it a great spot to take kids of all ages.

One note, there is not a ton of shade with the newly planted trees still small, so be ready for that.

Nice courts, there are windscreens, and a few nets need replacement. There is a porta potty on site if needed. Good place to hit some balls!

This place is clean and very nice. I don't recommend walking your dogs thru the wooded area they have down the road or close to any wooded area. Every time we go there we get ticks. Never fail. Just make sure you check your kids thoroughly for ticks.
