Amazing find. I got the BBQ Bacon cheeseburger and my wife got the Swiss Mushroom Burger. Now mind you, I'm used to going to these Burger joints and the Burger wasn't enough so i got the "appetizer bacon and cheese fries". Omg... the burgers are large and in charge. The appetizer is big enough that it'll feed 3 to 4 people. Burgers were amazing and really were cooked medium rare. the cheese fries were delicious. Definitely coming back to try other items off the menu.

I started coming here regularly a few months ago. The portion that they serve is crazy compared to other restaurants. You get so much. I love their fried dough. Again, compared to other places the thing is huge. The pizza is great and toasted perfect. Their ice cream is great too. You don’t get skimpy chicken wings every time I’ve went I’ve gotten nice size wings. The Caesar salad is also recommended with chicken. Beware, it’s enough for 3 people. Great spot, great service.

Firstly, the staff here is amazing. They greet you and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The food is really good and they offer a variety of meals which is awesome. High recommend!

Amazing food, friendly people. The place is so clean, the food is fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. Also, we couldn't even finish it bc of how packed the sandwiches were and we had to take it home (also best crispy chicken ever! Can't wait to eat the leftovers 😂) You can't go wrong, this place is a gem!

This was a Grubhub delivery and I love the fact that they took time to poke holes in the top of the tray so the fries wouldn't get soggy.... BTW the clams were spot on, no more traveling to City Island I found my spot........

Great place! We stopped in here for breakfast and were very pleasantly surprised.
We’d thought about going here a bunch of times but never stopped because it never looks open. Today we tried the door anyways and went in.
It’s Very clean, lots of options on the menu from breakfast to lunches, sandwiches, dinners, pizza, ice cream. We got a small and big breakfast, both were big portions and delicious. We also ordered a single pancake for our son and it was the whole size of the plate, huge! Everything was so good and very reasonably priced, especially for how much you get.
We’ll definitely be back for lunch another day.
They just need to make sure they start turning on their open signs so people know they’re open.

Delicious!! Cheese fries travelled well with fresh crispy bacon. Salad was jammed packed and fresh. Pizza was a very large and lots of topping! Can't wait to try something else!

Nikki & Frankies is a gem. I had a hamburger and fries and was great. My coworker had a Cole Slaw and a sandwich he loved it. Everyone was having shakes and ice cream. So, from burgers to shakes, they have it all. They have seating in front and back and everything is very clean. Give it a try.

The food is outa this world. Chicken Parm is spot on, and the pasta fagioli is outa this world!!! Serving sizes are huge didn't get half the food eaten and had to take it home. Definitely a place to return to!!!!

This place is incredible. The food is so flavorful, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. I was amazed especially at how little grease was on the sweet potato fries my mom had and also on the onion rings my dad ordered. At most restaurants, these items are greasy. Not here. We were very happy. Anytime we are in New Haven, we will be eating here for sure.

The eggplant tower is phenomenal! I was surprised by the food here. Unassuming and served on paper plates but everything we had was fresh and perfectly prepared. The eggplant is thin sliced and fried, but not greasy at all. Fresh greens. Nice cheese. Good dressing. Great sweet potato fries. We'll definitely be back.

Definitely a cool spot with a variety of options from healthy to hearty from Pizza to salad to ice cream and burgers in between. Definitely good for the area which is overloaded with fast food and other below average stuff. This is a good option for anyone.

Their food and ice cream are excellent.
Highly recommend. Love their s'mores ice cream and the meatball Marsala sub is delicious.

I don't write too many reviews but this place was outstanding. I got a Grilled chicken with fresh mozzarella and Roasted peppers (which I get from a LOT) of different places and it was the best one I've ever had. My 11year old got a BBQ sandwich and said he can't wait to go back and have another one that it was the best he's ever had as well. We will definitely be coming back!!!!

I would recommend going to this restaurant. 110%. You receive a large quantity of food for a low price. Not only is it a large quantity of food, it's quality food and overall means it's a great value

Great service from Miss Natalie! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious and presented well. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants some good comfort food.

Perfect spot to stop on the way home to Rhode Island from New York. Right off the highway, great service, family feel, and fast and delicious food!

37 years i have searched for a great steak and cheese well at Nikki and Frankie's I didn't just find a great steak and cheese I found the best steak and cheese!!!! Stopped there on the way home from work and we'll definitely be back!!
