Town Fair Tire

Had a great experience today at Town fair tire North Haven. Greg was very helpful and knowledgeable pointing me in the right direction in which tires best suited me. I would highly recommend this location and will be doing business with them again. Straight forward, great communication and knowledgeable.

John and the other men who helped me today were fantastic. They helped remove a nail, patch the tire, and restructure a valve. There were some tough grease marks that got rubbed on the rim by accident. Several workers including the wonderful Asst. Manager helped to remove the marks. They were all gentleman that gave great customer service. Thank you so much for all your help everyone. God bless.

Came here due to a leak in one of my tires. I was greeted by Greg at the front desk. I thought I was going to need a whole new tire but he advised it could be patched. Excellent customer service! I was in and out in no time. Will definitely be back. Job well done.

I have not been to a Town Fair Tire Company in over 13 years because of past experiences. Based on the reviews I saw here, I decided to take a chance and go to their North Haven store. I was absolutely blown away with their service and professionalism. Greg Johnson and his team are the real deal. Pricing was good, service was expedient. I bought two sets of tires from them. Their 5 star rating is justified and they have earned it. They have re-earned my trust.

Great service! My vehicle needed two tires and alignment. They stayed past their regular hours just to help. Excellent customer service. Noah J was very helpful in helping me find the correct tires for my vehicle and explained the process so I knew exactly what was done to my vehicle. Definitely recommend this shop.

Gregg the Manager of the North Haven office has always worked with me to not only get the best deal but has recommended the best quality tires for my car. He also works hard to employ the most experienced staff. If there should a problem Gregg will do his best to work with the customer to make them happy.

Fast and easy service. Eric was a great help and informative. I expected to have a long wait time and was in and out quickly with great service.
My 9 year old son joined me and they had a waiting area for us to sit and watch tv while watching your car on a monitor.

Had a horrible experience at the Branford location. Called and spoke with Greg Johnson who was extremely professional, took the time to listen to my issue and resolve the problem even though it wasn’t his locations wrong doing. Told me to see Eric when I arrived the next morning. Did not have to explain anything. Eric knew the situation and was prepared for me. In and out in less than 10 minutes!! Thank you for great customer service North Haven!

Great experience, booked an appointment online and received a confirmation text the day before. Arrived at my appt time & instantly Eric was able to help me. He was informative, kind, and very knowledgeable. He went over everything I needed to get done and asked if I wanted to pay then or after. Eric did let me know a time frame of 90 mins (I got 4 new tires & an alignment)
My car was taken back right away and everything was completed within an hour. I was able to wait in their waiting room section and work on my lap top.
When grabbing my keys back from Eric, he went over all their findings and answered my questions I had. Everyone at the front desk was helpful & had great customer service.

John D. is the manager at Town Fair Tires in North Haven, CT. He is personable, patient, and respectful. He spent time comparing tire brands for me and explained the codes used on the tires. While I was there several customers that came in asked for him. Everyone had wonderful things to say about John D.
He spoke very highly of the owner and the business practices and policies of Town Fair Tires. It was clear that he loves his job. I will recommend him without reservation as a person who is dependable and honest to all of my friends.

I had a flat spare tire and managed to get hold of a Town Fair Tire store by calling around. After calling a few stores, I managed to connect with John D, who answered the phone and was extremely helpful, even over the phone. I went to the North Haven store immediately to get my spare tires changed. John D checked my tires and suggested I changed the tires because there were cracks on the side walls. I came to replace my spare tires and now I am confronted with a major decision to make! The tires has over 60% threads but has side walls were cracked.
Anyways, John D did his best to convince me that safety is number 1 and worked out a deal for me to make my decision easier. It’s still much more than what I have budgeted but I was intrigued by John D’s professionalism and efforts.
All said and done, I feel better having changed the tires, especially now that snow season is upon us. And I like to say, thank you John D for your good work and professionalism. Keep up the good work! And Happy New Year.

Possibly one of the best experiences I’ve had maintaining my car. John D. Is so awesome with customers and I actually enjoyed my wait time.
