I’ve been coming here for over a year and I highly recommend it. Clean place, friendly people. Best of all Jenny is a real artist who can do all kinds of nail designs - see the photos I uploaded. She had a steady hand and an artist’s eye and can copy any photo your bring or come up with her own great ideas.

Having recently relocated to North Haven, I've been frantically trying to find a reliable, safe, good people runnin the place & quality products! Well! I'm sorry to say that I've been here a few months & it's taken this long to find all the qualities I seek. Tip Toe Nail Salon & enjoy a wonderful experience w Jennifer. Best nail salon in the state. They do great work and are so sweet and funny. Anyone who gives this place a 1 star review has no idea what they're talking about and must hate the world.

Tip Toe is under new management and honestly it's so much better. I absolutely love the results I've been getting from them and all the compliments I get on my nails. I highly recommend them, especially if you were disappointed with the former employees, you won't regret it.

Love this place and the gals are great fun! Only issue is occasional rude people walking in expecting immediate service, Karen's are all around!

Too expensive for minimal work

Things do change with time. I still would recommend this business but they need to get their act together and let customers know when something changes. Like increased prices…..duh! Is one supposed to just guess?? Or when they are not going to be open during the posted times. They are also not as friendly or chatty either. The service is still very good but part of servicing the customer is attitude. They need to understand that their “attitude” is part of the service and that the amount of their tip is determined by it. Otherwise you’ll just receive the standard amount, from me anyway!!
