AAA Milford

My mother has been a member for as long as I can remember, well just recently she had a dead battery I called and within 1 hr we had the most delightful worker Barba S. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about cars etc. I don’t know if she can be requested or not but I know I would absolutely ask for her again if we needed any service from AAA again. Barbara S is the best!

Came here and got my passport photo done. They were very accommodating even with me going in a few minutes before they were closing. I was in and out of there in less than 3 minutes for a passport photo.

Great all around place to go for AAA members. In and out license renewal plus the travel services are amazing. They helped us plan our dream vacation to Disney and the trip was awesome. Perfect planning down to the last detail! Also needed passport photos and had them done in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this AAA branch.
Update, had a very bad experience with a local tow company & the staff here went out of their way to help me fix it. I love being a member with this branch so close-by. Thanks so much for all the help. AAA membership is very well worth it in this area!!

I love AAA. At my age, I don't like having to change a tire on the side of the road. Or walking to get help. Their tow truck drivers are all professional and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Not only was everyone pleasant the man at the counter sorry I didn't ask his name was so quick and pleasant. he new exactly what I needed and got it all done in less than 15 minutes with the help of the supervisor also beyond pleasant and nice to chat with. Highly recommend.

First time going to this AAA branch. I went to get a passport photo and some paperwork notarized on my lunch break. I was quickly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff. The picture came out great and they had me in an out in under 10 minutes. To say I was impressed is an understatement. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I needed road side assistance this evening with a flat tire. Manny came out from Robert's Servuce Center. I have to say he came out very fast and was so helpful and extremely polite. It was such a great experience. Manny had exemplary customer service. Highly recommend . He deserves a raise!

I needed an international driver's permit, and was in and out in 10 minutes max. If you need passport photos and the like, this is a good place. Sadly they don't do license renewals in this part of the state at AAA anymore. Good for purchasing foreign currency as well.

Ashley Powell (Depietro?) Was such a delight in assisting me when purchasing Six Flag tickets for my Children. The new facilty(3 yrs), looks amazing. So I feel it was worth the 15-20 minute drive. AAA!! Ashley represented your company in such a professional way and seemed sincerely interested.

After being rear-ended on 15-S, Don from AAA picked me up. He was extremely professional, supportive, and patient as I was dealing with the stress from the accident. He took me and my car to a good shop and helped me with my plan to get home. AAA is always a great choice, but I was beyond pleased with my service today from Don.

This is the first time my husband and I signed up for AAA. We were driving on an extended vacation down the east coast so we wanted some assurance that if we had any problems, we would have something in place to help if necessary.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely professional and helpful. I had no idea of the services that were offered by AAA. It was impressive. My husband later went to discuss route options. They provided maps and trip books that spelled out the route very well. We were provided an alternative route to avoid high traffic areas and we found it very helpful and made the drive much easier.

We used AAA site to book hotels we need on route to and from our destination in Florida and found the site reviews were spot on. Hotels were very nice, pricing was very good and staff at hotels very professional.

We plan on being members for a long time. Why not at the reasonable price. We actually got a two for one sign up price!

They were able to locate me quickly without having my membership card on me - a deer jumped out and I avoided luckily but needed a tire change. Within 20 they got me a lift and the guy was a real one, changed the tire fast while we laughed and then got me on my way. I really needed them to come through and they did. Thank you to this crew.

My husband, best friend and I all went for license renewals to this AAA office. Let me start by saying that this is an incredible service to offer. DMV offices are always crowded and unfortunately, most of the staff members are quite rude and disinterested. The three of us were in and out, new licenses and all within 20 minutes. It was a fast and easy process and they staff members were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office and AAA in general for all that it offers

Don't waste your time standing in line at the DMV. I'm not a AAA member and I didn't mind paying the extra $3 for the convenience of it all. I went first thing in the morning and was instantly greeted and serviced. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Very nice staff and very efficient!

Did not know about your Milford location and was delighted to get my renewed drivers license at that location. What a pleasant experience the service and personnel were very friendly and efficient. The Motor Vehicle Department should take lessons from you folks.

The experience at AAA in renewing a driver's license is so much better than going to a DMV location. There is none of that government mentality of "how slow can I move". The AAA personnel are efficient, friendly and intelligent. This is the only way I will renew my license in the future. A AAA membership has always given peace of mind in traveling, but now the ugliness of the DMV can be avoided.

This is the best place ever to get your drivers license renewed. Super fast, in and out in 10 minutes. Very friendly staff, they make everything super easy and always have a smile. You rock!

Childrens passport photos done in a snap. Woman was very kind & even allowed the kids to view the photos to see if they liked them. Offered information on a possible future stay always with a smile. Pleasant experience without a wait during the week. We have been on a weekend & there could be a wait. Been before & will return. Thanks!

AAA is never a disappointment. Recently, I was with my father in his car and he accidentally locked his keys inside. The service tech was there within 40 minutes and popped it open in under 10. My dad was impressed that AAA was so quick. He told the tech he was much faster then the locksmith dad had to call on a previous occasion. I always have peace of mind with AAA, it's worth the price every year for us.
