I think I speak with the majority when I declare The Eatery to be the best restaurant in Wallingford. Healthy, delicious food, an amazing staff, and an atmosphere to brighten up your day.
Don't waste another moment fighting off hunger pains. Today can be your day to eat what makes you smile.
Conveniently located near I91 and Rt 15.

I’ve only visited once so far, but I’m still so impressed with their creative choices! We were able to try some of their new spring specials last time and it was all delicious. My favorite was the mashed potato grilled cheese! They have some delicious sides too. The staff was so friendly, and it was very charming inside. I already can’t wait for the next time I have a weekday home from work so I can stop by for lunch!

First time here and I can say whole heartedly that it won't be my last. This place is absolutely beautiful inside and the customer service was stellar!
And to top it off I think I just had the greatest vegan breakfast wrap of my life!

Can't wait to come back!

1st visit. Ordered take out & grabbed a coffee during the brief wait. Service was efficient & friendly. Establishment was clean & welcoming.

I deeply appreciate that they offer tofu.
We ordered the “Vito” swapping chicken out for tofu & the “cypress Garden” sandwiches both were delicious m.

The nominal price of their sandwiches even included choice of side: pasta salad, apple or chips.
We chose the lemon basil pasta salad & it was just as delicious as the sandwich’s.

Ordered via ubereats to try for the first time and it arrived hot and fresh - and super delicious! Love the variety of sandwiches and salads to choose from

I got an iced pumpkin latte and the brown sugar B. E. C. (subbing goat cheese instead of gouda). Holy moly. It was a great recommendation! Super tasty and had a nice conversation while waiting.

Jumping on the bandwagon - this place is fantastic. The dude behind the counter was so incredibly kind and accommodating and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the sweet potato quesadilla and the seasonal beet salad. Do attend.

I love the eatery! It has amazing food and exceptional service. The owner and his wife are true gems to this location. The dining/sitting section has a nice vibe and the food is packed with flavors. They have a rotating specials selection. Check it out!

So delicious! Breakfast sandwich was perfection and a large portion, so I actually got 2 meals out of it.
Super friendly staff as well.

I ordered a few sandwiches, a soda and a side of macaroni salad. I picked up my order and they forgot the drink and salad. I called and they refunded me my money and the gentlemen at the counter personally drove me the drink and salad to my work. Great people great business highly recommend

This place has fantastic food and is always very accommodating with requests and changes. They have great options for vegans and vegetarians as well. The interior is fun and cheerful. The only down side is that it is not an eat in establishment, but I am willing to eat in my car if it means a good breakfast burrito.

We live near Philly but have family in New England and we stumbled upon The Eatery on one of our trips north. We LOVE this place. It is now a required stop both coming and going. The food is yummy and unique and the atmosphere is cool and cozy!

I have been following their Instagram for a couple of months now and I finally got my wife to go with me too get some food. I got their special "The Mayflower" that was a Thanksgiving dinner in a wrap. My got Breakfast Bronut that is a donut cut in half with bacon, egg, and cheese. We both loved it and can't wait to go back again.

Small, casual and cozy place. Simply awesome sandwiches. If you are looking for healthy yet tasty and affordable bites, this is your place. I must mention service as well - each and everyone working here won our hearts even with such small exchanges including ordering for our sandwich, asking on menu details, or seeking clarifications on ingredients.

Fresh, delicious, innovative - this place is fabulous. There isn’t a bad thing on the menu but my favorite is the California Salad. Seasonal favorites include The Harvester sandwich (squash, goat cheese and spinach -it works! Try The Eatery - you will not be disappointed. You are paying for quality fresh food - something that is hard to find these days! Also note since COVID Take Out only.

I RECOMMEND getting lunch or breakfast here. If you prefer a wrap that’s tasty, delightful and filling this is your place. The Mesa Verde grilled chicken wrap is definitely the best in CT. I standby every word and every bite. The customer service is A+ and atmosphere is wonderful. I must apologize for no pictures.

Ordered dine out for the first time and the food was amazing. We had the Fox Vineyard sandwich and mesa bowl. Fiance said this is the best sandwich he ever had! Will definitely be back! Thank you for serving quality food!

Lovely little food joint! Had an incredible breakfast sandwich and apple fritter... someone stop me before I go back for that "Bronut." Look at the menu and you'll understand. Would definitely come back here!

Favorite place to eat in Wallingford. Love their sandwiches, the glazed donuts are the best I've ever had, and I'm excited that they're now expanding their coffee menu. Plus the decor is super cute.
