Lake Zoar Drive-In

Soooooo good. I didn't know what to expect from the exterior but I was pleasantly surprised to see the many, many menu options! Excellent, crispy fries cooked to perfection and the Zoar burger was delicious. Grilled cheese is also cooked perfectly. Prices are definitely reasonable and service was fast and friendly. Definitely looking forward to going back regularly!

I remember coming here as a kid and loving their classic cheeseburger. Just ventured out this way for the first time in I don’t know how many years, and man the food is even better than I remember! Had a Zoar burger and curly fries and every single bite was drool worthy. The picture doesn’t do justice but still posting! Highly recommend if you want a delicious and reasonably priced meal - make a stop here!

I almost don't want to review this spot because it's such a great spot. Like this is one of the best burgers I've had and they make a proper milkshake and they make proper fries according to whatever preferences you have. The kids working there are always nice. It's right by the water. Whether you're at the boat landing or not, I will stop by whenever I'm returning home from New Haven. It's a great spot. I think they use all the ride share delivery services. If you see it on your Uber Eats...give them a shout.

Good food. I've been driving past this place regularly for over 10 years and decide to grab a bite to eat here after a friend stopped in the other day. My only regret is not stopping in sooner than today. I had the Mike's burger.

Summer time lifestyle

Service was friendly, quick, and competent. Food is cooked to order, so there is a reasonable wait. Everything arrived exactly as order. The long dog, fries, and cheeseburger were all excellent. A great little place!

I just heard you guys stopped making the dam dog and dam burger iam very disappointed that s was what separated you from everyone else I hope you reconsider please that's why I come there

First time I ate here and I got the 1/4lbs soar burger and it was amazing. The best burger I've had in a while.. I highly recommend coming here or just stopping for food on your way down 34

I recently stopped at this little food spot secluded next to a lake n dam. My friend ordered a burger which was great but alittle on the small side. I ordered a Philly cheese steak with fries was great also. The only reason for the 3 stars is there isn't much of an atmosphere. U order u receive and go outside. Not much room inside. Would recommend

On the way to a concert found this place pulled a U turn for a awesome burger a and fries.. can’t wait to go back!

Great cool spot, love their burgers but they offer everything from hot dogs to burgers to sandwiches and even breakfast. Cool service, cool people working there.... Great place for sure

Food is delicious, have some unique burger ingredients. The slaw dog has great toppings too. Usually staffed by the owner himself and some high school kids that are getting some work experience. The owner, Mike, trains them well though.

Read others complain about wait times. I urge you to hear the complaints of wait times as an indicator of just how popular the food is. It’s also such a weird reason to give a small business one star. You are upset that the place is busy and other people made it there before you that day? If a dine in restaurant says they have too many reservations and you can’t get a table do you give them a bad review? When you go to a theme park the line for the most famous roller coaster might be annoying but do you tell everyone the ride was horrible afterwards? Sound like a bunch of entitled babies. As an adult who can plan ahead I call up before going on days or time of day I think it might be busier. It is the only place serving food on the lake where it’s located. Lot’s of people stop in on their way to take the boats out or fish etc in the summer. When I call ahead the staff always gives me a pretty accurate time to cook. Usually 10-15 minutes for pick up which is great because that’s how long the drive is. Noticed they implemented online ordering, I have not tried it out yet, rather go over the order on the phone personally. That’s another option though.

Long story short, if you are in the mood for burgers and dogs, you can’t go wrong with this place. Just call ahead or order online if you are going at lunch time on a summer day.

The food here is always delicious and fresh, the location is very beautiful and relaxing and right near hiking trails. Very friendly service

Absolutely love this place! The food is great. I go for the burgers, fries, milkshakes & the view. We sit at an outside table overlooking Zoar beach. Lovely!
