Had a tremendous experience at this location, India and her co workers the customer care manager was exceptional to work with, she ensured that all my needs, cares were met before exiting the store. Their friendly nature and aim to provide solutions to problems should be a standard all customer service personnels must employ. Big Al with the beard (even though I know that's not his name) wonderfully assisted with my car rental and rightly so should be given a raise.

I appreciate the staff and hope to continue working with them in the future.

Great location with a wide range of products selection. The staff is very knowledgeable and I received very helpful customer service in all the departments I visited. Their parking lot is massive and it's handicap accessible.

I went to Home depot to discuss hardwood flooring. My contact throughout the process was Gary D. All I can say is that it is because of Gary's knowledge, professionalism and friendly attitude, that Home depot got the job. Gary was a joy to work with every step of the way. Since I opted to save on delivery charges, I went to pick up my supplies which among other items, consisted of 16 boxes of hardwood flooring. I was surprised that Gary actually left the floor and assisted me in loading my vehicle with these very heavy 16 boxes.
The installation team did a great job, the price was fair...but the service provided by Gary made the entire process painless. I completely reccomend Home depot and especially Gary D. if you are interested in a flooring or carpet project.

On the convenient corner and easy to get in and out. Multiple directions you can go in. Pump was fast and I wasn't there long.

This store is probably one of the best store for all your needs. Not only it has what you need but I'm more impressed by the staff here. I would 100% recommend this place to family & friends for few reasons. The Staff over here is very helpful, they will never misguide you. They take very good care of their customers by addressing what they need. Luis Sotomayor in Plumbing area is probably one of the best employee the store has. I am super recommend this store ! I forgot take my cash refund before two days, I was worried about my refund can not get. But today when I come, I am appreciated that young girl remember me and another lady told me they contact me but I change new phone but now update. This store customer service is very nice and friendly! I live around Glastonbury, but Manchester store’s staff more friendly than other store.

Mr Par the store manager goes way out of his way to help me. Short story I had an issue with a product that I had bought. The store manager came to my house to help me! Best customer service at this store. Thank you, Mr Par. I hope you have a blessed day!

Update. I returned to Home Depot again today to purchase some more items and encountered Gary in the plumbing section where he was most helpful and very patient explaining all of the details that I needed for my plumbing project at great length. He is very very knowledgeable and Home Depot is lucky to have such a great guy working for them.

Purchased all the parts to change a shower 🚿 fittings and pipes and faucets. And the tools and the pipes and more.

Maybe I'm a little biased here as I am an employee. But this place is an amazing place to work, excellent management team, the collective knowledge between the employees is amazing. I'm always learning something new. Not to mention they work wit you on scheduling needs which for a big box retailer is unheard of. I had a medical situation and everyone was more than understanding about it and told me to just get better. Then I had another incident where it was a personal issue and the MOD said to do what I could and let me punch out early to handle my business. The staff here really does go out of their way to help customers even if its something they aren't familiar with. Top notch employer and 5star employees all around.

Was today in that store, Taylor helped me very well with windows blinds, professional guy and just good person.

Using this location since there opening. Knowing where everything is makes it a good shopping experience!

Always 5 stars!!! A +++ store. If you can imagine something... They can help you create it. I love the prices of the plants and selection. I bought a beautiful 5 ft Christmas tree for $69... Saw that same tree for almost $300 at a plant store I visited. The even have the smaller trees for $15 whereas the other places have it for over $30... Think about it... If you want to start a plant business you can but from here and resell.

I went to the Manchester Home Depot today, and the manager Jessica was so amazing! She was so helpful on answering my questions. She made my experience there amazing. I’ll definitely be going back and asking her for help with my next purchase!

11/17/21. Earlier today I walked into Manchester, CT Home Depot to purchase a few supplies for a client. I noticed a portable Dewalt toolbox on wheels that I wanted to purchase for me and a second for my brother for a Christmas gift. The price was good and it worked so perfect for my brother even more than me.

There was some issue with the tag and the price, but we worked it out. I didn’t get the managers name. I wish I did. He was professional. He listened. He understood what my expectations were when I was at the register when it was different than the listed price from the shelf. He worked with me and I worked with him.

He took care of ME! I want to give a shout out to his work ethic, listening skills and professionalism. I appreciate him and he is an asset at my local Manchester Home Depot to me and the local community that shops there. I will continue to shop there and recommend that store.

They generally have a good variety and stock over the years too!
