The sales woman so wonderful.she explained things to us.she said she would email us the next day with information we needed and she kept her word which doesn't always happen

He answers every question thoughtfully and completely. He was prompt in quoting us products and I never felt like he was rushing us or his explanations. Good service. Nice selection of building materials, power tools, paint supplies and accessories. Finding yard materials and lumber can take additional time if you are not familiar with the yard and you are unable to locate a yard attendant for assistance. I have purchased paint from Rings End and it was always consistent in color with previous purchases. Their refund and exchange policy is terrific. Highly recommended.

My door's spindle was broken. I went to Ring's End asked for help. Employees in the shop were KINDand NICE. A gentleman showed me how to replace the parts, gave the me the spindle free of charge. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent service!!!

Joseph in the paint department is well informed about all paint products and is generous with both his time and experience. A lesser man might hold back thinking that you would take the information he imparted and make your purchases elsewhere. Joseph is too helpful to be so petty. Thank you Joseph !
