My wife and I got our apartment at 68 thermos to find out it was infested with fleas once moved in. My wife was then told when called about the issue she must've brought them with her and that fleas do not drink human blood. My wife and I asked for the carpet to be cleaned to be told no, we knew what we were getting when we got the place. Instead of having a professional fix the issue they got their handy man to do it in which he was by no means a certified professional. After my wife raised hell at their place of business showing them her body that was full of flea bites that is when they decided to finally clean the disgusting carpets on a set date in which it was never done. Worse experience ever and will be glad when my wife and I do not have to do business with them anymore.
Update* Now that our lease is up she has conveniently caught amnesia in regards to getting the carpets cleaned and expects us to do it. DO NOT EVER use their service if you do I highly caution you. Fakes smiles promulgated with the intentions to screw over their customers.

If you own property, avoid Boyer Realty as a property management company!!! Learn from my expensive mistake. (However; if you are a tenant that likes to get your security deposit back after severely damaging a place you rent, this is the company for you.)

I wish there had been a review of this company before I started to work with them. They are horrible. They pretend to be serving the best interest of the home-owner; but in reality, they are very shady.

After the tenants they found and "checked out" had left, Boyer didn't even have the decency to keep their security deposit to help cover the thousands of dollars of damage left behind by those tenants.

When I tried to discuss the issue with them, they kept telling me "we're looking into it and someone will call you before the end of the day." After the fifth time, I'm fully convinced they plan to require me to take them to court in order to get any compensation from their company. I have yet to decide how I will proceed with them myself, but I wanted to let anyone interested in property management in New London know that they should avoid Boyer Realty as a property management company all together.
