I don't shop often but I must say the selections are plentiful. Many recognizable name brands at crazy low prices. I bought two sweaters and a long sleeved casual shirt for less than $80. Elsewhere, $80 for one sweater. A happy Christmas for me.

I've been shopping at Burlington since elementary school! I visit once a week usually.... sometimes I leave empty handed, but sometimes I make a purchase whether necessary or not. I always recommend this location to shop at! Great prices, and great variety!

Big Burlington Coat Factory in New London. Clean, organized, good clothes and cheap prices. Great Customer Service.

I always find fantastic deals here. Most recently, I bought some Van Huesen dress shoes at this location that were 50% off retail and they fit perfectly. Been coming here since the early 70's. Highly recommend.

Burlington department store has been so helpful to my family and I. Some of the workers are so helpful in understanding. You have two young women that I got to know very well. You have Marie and Heaven. They are always make me feel good shopping and spending money. They are what we call the people person. Marie always has a wonderful smile on her face. Her willingness to help you look for what you are looking for. Not yet having attitude or to busy to help. Always “ it is my pleasure to help you “ her smile, patient, and ready to assists all customers. In line she( Marie) will walk around apologizing for the line, the wait. To me that a big plus. Especially when you are spending money. Heaven is another beautiful soul at the store and at the counter assisting with checking in.

I am praying that they remained the same. It’s a pleasure going to the store when they are there.

I went to do a return last night and didn't have a receipt, however, I had provided my phone number at check out when asked for this exact reason. I also had a b-day gift my mother purchased for me that I was able to return by providing her phone number. The first transaction was the gift which they processed in no time and handed me my refund. When I tried to do the sane with the 2 items I bought we hit a problem, of course lol. The manager at the time came to help and kept hitting a brick wall. She had one last idea to try which worked out. She went above and beyond what was expected of her as she could have simply given me a merchandise credit. Aside from that she was professional, friendly, funny and what any employer would want from their staff. Her customer service was top notch! She deserved for me to take this 5min to do this which is something i don't do. Go to Burlington in New London! If only I knew her name...but I will find out.

Cleanest and neatest Burlington I have ever been in.

Great selection as always. However, wish there was a larger selection of the packaged men's dress shirts. The most common neck sizes and arm lengths 16-17.5/32-35 are lacking. Friendly staff. Fitting rooms are awkward and the less private than I am accustomed to. Really a turn off that the doors stop at neck level in the fitting rooms (I'm 5'10. I'm sure this is likely due to the high theft rate in a place like this. Not nitpicking, just my honest review. I'd give a 4.5, so I'm rounding up.

Very clean and organized

Nice clean store with great clearance prices. Looking for clothing for plus size people like myself is hard but I found paints from 3xl to 6xl as low as $7.99 and coats as low as 12.99 that fit and where not some rediculuse pattern. Real clothing for real people.
