My experience at Town Fair Tire was exceptional due to Ricardo. He was so helpful and patient and was never ever pushy to get a sale. I would recommend him to anyone and I would go back in a heartbeat. The price was in my budget due to Ricardo. He listened every time I told him what my budget was. Ricardo was able to stay under my budget and never once. Did he try and sell more to me then what I was looking for. Thank you Ricardo!

Went in to get some information on tires and wheels for my truck. We spoke with Kervens for awhile. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. Install was done a few days later and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase!! I would highly recommend seeing Kervens at the Derby location. Thank you again, truck looks and rides awesome!

Great place to schedule tire installation online and arrive for installation and pickup. They have a few free services if you buy tires from them, like free rotation or free winter tire change. The service of new tires installation took about 1 hour and 20 minutes before they called me back. So far happy with my Continental tires.

I recently had an appointment at Town Fair Tire and wanted to recognize the excellent service I received from Mike at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

Mike explained everything clearly and patiently, answering all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He made a potentially stressful situation (car trouble!) feel much more manageable.

I had found a screw in my rear driver's side tire on a Saturday afternoon. I called Town Fair in Derby and spoke with Dan. He said that I could come by, even though it was almost time for them to close and have the issue assessed. When I arrived, Dan was busy, but he sent a young man named Matt out to help me. Matt looked at the tire and was able to remove the screw. He used a spray bottle with soapy water to ascertain if there was a leak. Luckily there was not. He assured me that I was fine, no slow leak, the screw had not penetrated the tire. He was patient and kind and very reassuring. I am grateful for the service I received today.

I went into Town Fair tire because I thought I had a nail in my tire. Once the very sweet guy came out and assessed the situation we found out it was just a stone and he told me I was all set. He could have easily told me it wasn't and charged me and I would not have known what was going on. He was very nice. He took the time to explain to me that my tires were previously put on in the wrong direction and my car needed it in alignment. I ended up having the alignment and afterwards my car made a very crazy noise. I came back in and I approached him again and he took no time to come outside and make sure that my car was okay before I left. He fix the noise helped me more than he needed to help me. Didn't overcharge me at all for anything that was done. His name was Matt. I'm extremely thankful for him helping me today. What a wonderful friendly person who really puts everything into his job. There needs to be more service workers out there like Matt

Ricardo at the Town Fair Tire in Derby provided me with exceptional services during my visit this past Saturday. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Ricardo took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to answer all my questions with insightful explanations. It is refreshing to see that individuals like Ricardo still exist in this world.

Town Fair in Derby is a great place to have your tires done. They’ll beat anybody on price and throw in a lot of freebies. Ricardo who works the front desk is awesome. Always has some insights, provides options, never forces anything as far as sales and the advice is spot on. Highly recommended!

I stand behind this town fair & if you can ask for Ricardo. He’s done nothing but take care of me. When I first bought 4 new tires he looked for the best tire @ the best deal, never pressured me into the sale 1 bit. So I bought new tires & about a month later ran over a small piece of metal. He plugged & rebalanced my tires free of charge. There’s very few businesses that would do something like that for you. Well earned 5 stars.

Kervens and Mike were great in helping us pick out the right tires for our car. They explained everything from beginning to end to make us understand the perks that come along with buying tires for town fair. Would recommend working with them again for future purchases

From larger tires and rims for a lifted truck or performance tires or stock replacement tires Ricardo at the Derby Town Fair Tire is the guy to see. He knows tires. Great service, great price. You need tires, go see him.

Our tire was very low so we stopped at Town Fair to make an appointment to get it checked. Mike looked at it right away and said he would take care of it then. In no time it was plugged and he checked all other tires. If only all businesses could have this kind of customer service!

Go see Roberto at the Derby location; he is the best! Every time I walk in, he solves the problem swiftly. Twice recently he was able to help me out with screws lodged in my tire and it didn't even cost a penny. I appreciate the service and honesty with issues, needs, and repairs.

So I went to the Town Fair Tire in Derby CT on New Haven Ave, and was helped by a gentleman named Kervens. He was completely awesome, super helpful and polite and took care of getting me 4 brand new tires and installing them with zero issues. I always come to Town Fair Tire for my tire needs, and it's guys like Kervens that keep me coming back. Wonderful service and tires as always!!

Service was quick and simple. I made an appointment two days prior and arrived roughly 10 minutes early. My car was in the shop within 20 minutes and done about an hour later. They even honored Ty entente which ended two days prior 👍🏽. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality tire replacement/repair.

Ricardo was amazing. I came in on Wednesday evening at closing time I called ahead and Ricardo stood around after closing time 6:21 pm just to see what type of tire I needed to make sure they had it available in the store so they can service my vehicle the next day. He also squeeze me in first thing in the morning, making my experience amazing! You have a great crew. They work very efficiently and they work as a team and that’s what you need nowadays. I blew out a tire on my BMW yesterday and Kervens at Town Fair Tire was able to get me the tire from their warehouse same day, and get my tire swapped out. I was not expected any of it. Town Fair Tire is the best in the business. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about Ricardo at the Town Fair Tire Derby Connecticut store. He is not only efficient and knowledgeable he is also very friendly and polite. He knows his products, his cars and company policies. He's always willing to talk to you on the phone. Gives you advice and knows pricing very well. I will only ask for Ricardo next time I visit the derby store. Thank you ricardo you're the best!

Town Fair Tire seldom dissapoints and my recent visit was no acception ! Exceptional service and great results....and NO unfair fees ! This is how you secure great return customers. The only thing I would like to say is that the buildings could really use an update. These guys work and put in a decent day , it would be nice for them to have a less congested work space and certainly a better way to house waiting customers. Bathroom needed soap and some love but these are just observations to make things better in general. Overall great service. Thanks, Town Fair ! 👍👍👍

Between Tremaine and Ricardo I don’t know why you would go anywhere else for tires. After explaining my situation, Tremaine and Ricardo went out of their way to get me in and out with great tires at a great price. Super friendly, super professional, and my only complaint is I can’t give 6 stars.
