This is a highly professional, and very friendly, business of integrity! They looked at my car immediately, even though their entire Internet service was down. Instead of selling me brakes and rotors, which most companies would have, they recommended only front brakes. With parts ordered, Tire Express kept their word and installed the following day. Still with no internet, they had to use a personal hot spot to install. Customer service at its absolute best!

Today after seeking the place where I originally bought my new tires, they were jam packed and couldn't see me for an 2 hours they stated. I looked up another tire place and found Tire Express. Staff was friendly. Service was quick! I came in without calling first and I was out of there in a total of 10 minutes. They found the nail in my tire and patched it up for me. I would highly recommend them for any tire services you need in the future.

One of My tires kept losing air & I knew it was time for new tires. I put it off for a while & finally decided to look for places online. Found they were close by where I work so I Went in on my lunch break & they got me a quote quickly for 4 tires & alignment & told me one of my tires had a nail. I liked the price so I scheduled an appt for the very next morning. They even gave me a ride to work! What service! Went back on my lunch to pick up & now it drives so smooth. I was a little worried because there was now a new loud rattle coming from exhaust. Something must have came loose during the tire alignment. So i brought it back the next day on my lunch & they said it was a loose heat shield. They took it in and fixed it for no charge in just 20 minutes. Great people. great service. Great cozy waiting room! I will be going back for my future oil changes & other car repairs !

I came here for the first time and I’m really happy I did. Those guys are really awesome, I came to get a new tire for my car and those guys went above and beyond to make sure I was good. One of my tires had a leak they fix it up for me instead of having me changed it (saved me a little money) they changed my front tire that really needed to be changed and they even balanced my tires without me even asking them to do soooo. I will definitely come back to this place.

We drove 12 hours from Ohio to a hockey tournament with no problems. The 6 miles trip from the hotel to the rink and I pick up a drill bit! Tire Express got us in immediately, plugged the tire, and topped the other 3 off with air. Excellent service--highly recommend!

Before arriving I was spent. The week prior I had to put air in my tire 1 to 2 times a day. I was certain I would need to purchase at least one tire. The gentleman at the counter reminded me of what customer service should be. My issue was only a screw in my tire. My wait time was respectful and the fee reasonable. I'm a satisfied customer who wanted to tell someone, anyone about the kindness and professionalism of this business.

The only place that I go for tires. They have some of the best prices and very prompt service. If you choose to wait, they have a clean and comfortable waiting room with coffee and wifi.

Great experience. Found a screw in one of my tires, causing a slow leak over the weekend. Brought it here first thing Monday morning, and they removed the screw and plugged the tire immediately. In and out in about 10 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better quick fix.
