When my bathroom sink developed a leak, a plumber from my insurance (which wouldn't cover it anyway) recommended replacing the entire sink. I went to Charles, and he informed me all I needed was a hose piece after taking the broken one off, and the steps I would need to take to get it. I took those steps, did the reinstall myself and saved a bunch of money. Thanks Charles!
