Had a problem with a lost title on an old car I had registered with Automania. When I stopped in for help, they were not even open but saw Vin the owner in the parking lot and he went out of his way to help me, solved my problem and gave me options. You don't see customer service like his anymore. They are the best.

I contacted this business to get information while helping my dad to get his vehicle registered. I ended up being so satisfied with the service provided that I had to post a review! These people were professional, accommodating and the owner was super helpful, even texting me and answering questions throughout. They even allowed for the ID card to be faxed directly to their business. I appreciate them being so amazing. If you need to register your vehicle or buy a vehicle, I would trust these guys with the job. Thank you for helping to make this process so easy.

Just called this shop for a registration, guy on the phone was extremely helpful. Told him make and model and it’s a collectors car. He informed me he wouldn’t be able to register it for me because he can’t give out classic plates etc. I believe the same is true for every alternative registration dealerships in ct. although I can register with passenger plates he advised me to wait and get the classic plates because of my collectors insurnace. And give me a handful of reasons why I should, basically said it’ll cover me in the long run. He could have just taken my money and i would have not know any different but he went out of his to explain why from a professional standpoint. Honesty says a ton about a mans business and his personal character. Thank you again for your honesty. A rare trait in today’s market!

I called to inquire about when the earliest appointment available was that I could register my vehicle. He said come right now! Other places I checked had a week to three weeks wait for an appointment. It was so easy and the owner was so pleasant to work with. His wife was behind the scene making things run smoothly also. Highly recommend!! I found this dealer on the DMV website for alternative in-person vehicle registration.

This place gets it done. We bought a vehicle yesterday only to find out the DMV is booking into mid September to register vehicles. I found Automania on the DMV website. It was the first place on the list that I called. The owner got me in today, took care of some issues we ran into with ease. I was out of there within an hour. All done safely and with social distancing. I will send anyone here, especially now with the DMV backlog. Thanks so much!!

I just got a car registered there. I called first and Vinny ran thru it with me over the phone to make sure I had it right so I didn’t drive up there for nothing. Simple and easy the way it should be. In and out in ten minutes
I already referred two people who were waiting three plus weeks for DMV appointments.
I would highly recommend them for registrations. Like I said I didn’t but a car from them but from my experience I would have no problem going back to look for one in the future.

I Needed to get new plates for a rebuilt title mdx. Vinny was very knowledgeable about the rules, requirements and how to go about getting it done. Vinny impressed me with his intergrity, honesty and patience, taking the time to explain to me on what I need to do to get my suv registered. After the process was done seemlessly, he declined my 50$ tip for his excellent service, telling me, a RN that he was happy to help us who are in the frontlines. I would absolutely recommend anyone who needs help with DMV services to go see him. No regrets.

I haven't bought any vehicle here. But I got my motorcycle registered. I was worried the summer will end and I wont get my bike register. Then I found this place ( Automania). The service was great, the guy was very patient and helpful. Overall awesome!!!! Would 100% recommend. Got to check this place out...

One of the best hidden gems I've ever found in regards to service, these guys went out of their way to truly help me solve my issue with sincerity & style. Took them 5 days to do what everyone eles said 4 weeks.
Vincent is the man plain and simple.

I never bought a car here but when the plandemic hit the dmv was almost non existent. So the dmv decided to let dealerships register vehicles for the public despite the fact they were not purchased there. GREAT! You’d think but every dealership on the list provided by the dmv that I called either said were booked up or never returned my call. Then some new dealers were added to the list and called them with the same result. I called Automania at 745 yesterday got voicemail and hung up. 5 minutes later my phone rang and it was them. I explained the situation and I was registered by 930 the next morning. I had to drive from Sharon to Waterbury and it was well worth it. I honestly don’t know how long this would have taken otherwise. None of the dealers are really making any money off this and I just really appreciate them giving their time and energy to accommodate the public with a service so badly needed.

Vincent is a gentleman that will go over and beyond to help you. He came out on the 4th July just to meet me to register my car when every body else said they are to bizzy and can’t do nothing. I recommend everyone that’s trying to register there car to go see Vincent. He honest and straight forward.

Went there today to register my car and Vincent was so helpful and patient helping me navigate through the process of transferring the vehicle without having a title and all the steps to obtain a new one. Highly recommend them!

With COVID and the DMV closed - I had to look near and far to find a place to register my newly purchased (private sale) car. Glad I found Vincent (Automania) - I was there maybe 15 minutes - let the DMV try and beat that. Thank you Vincent!

With the Covid 19 and the latest snow storm in Litchfield CT (and the surrounding areas) on December 17, 2020, I was severely hampered in my ability to register a used vehicle I had purchased from a private party. DMV closed that day and the earliest follow-up appointment was in January 2021. Despite the storm, Mr. D'Elia went over and above what could have been reasonably expected to registered my vehicle (as an agent of the CT DMV) and provide me with the needed license plates and registration.
