Pet Supplies Plus Orange

It's a great store!!! They always have the food I want for my cat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They play the best music in the store which makes the shopping experience better. The store is very, very clean. They have a great selection of dog toys which I buy for my friend's dog. 5 stars plus!!!!

I first visited this store because they donated a gift card to a community fundraising event. It’s now my absolute favourite pet store- the staff are so friendly, helpful, and fun. The prices are great and if you sign up for their club you get some great coupons.

Edit: I originally wrote 'not' my favourite pet store but meant 'now' my favourite pet store!

Every time I visit this store I am met with a Friendly hello from staff. The store is always clean and have a wide variety of pet supplies. In the past few trips I have needed help with items for a new puppy and a young man was so helpful. I really appreciate the assistance without being pushy. I will continue to give Pet Supplies Plus my business.

They had everything I needed plus more. And the service was excellent.
They knew exactly what I needed.
And what's not to Get

They are are very knowledgeable and friendly. They not only email you your online pick up order is ready they call you too. Online pricing and rewards program a good perk. They just added a self dog wash and provide everything needed except a brush. Very clean and convenient at the Orange, CT location. $15 per wash or you can buy a package for less.

The store had the product coming in on a later day shipment. The employee put the items aside for me for pick up later in the day. He called me when they were ready for pick up. This was outstanding customer service.

There is always someone to help. The store is always clean and if there is a item out of stock on the floor/shelves, they will get it from the stock above the shelves or in the back. Great employees! Knowledgeable and friendly. They play the best music!

Great store. Employee's are always friendly and ready to help. Always have great values and they recently added a do it yourself dog wash station as well as other updates that make it more welcoming. Love shopping here.

I've only been to this location once, but just as in all their other stores, quick, easy curbside pickup and always friendly service!! Can't beat their rewards program either!!! Best animal store around!!!

Absolutely phenomenal staff. Can’t say enough good things. We are former Pet Valu customers and have finally found an alternative. PSP has everything we need in one spot. We are thrilled. The entire experience was great - thanks to the helpful staff! Will be recommending to all our friends with pets and you can count on us to be regular customers!

Clean store, friendly staff, dog washing station a plus!

Excellent comprehensive pet store that has everything someone with pets will need. Friendly, inviting staff, and just a nice feeling. Also a very good selection of food choices, which makes it fun to browse and buy new items.

I have shopped here for most of my pets needs for many years. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The prices are good and competitive with other pet stores but I like shopping at a local business that's not a chain and I find their inventory and prices are as good if not better than other pet supply stores.

This pet store is terrific! Great prices, big selection and the staff is wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I had to exchange multiple cans of cat food because our elderly cat was not well, and definitely a fussy eater. We finally found a brand and flavor the cat would eat. Ashley and the young man with the beard were so helpful and understanding, assisting me with the exchanges. Thanks for your help!

I was at Pet Supplies Plus again today, 8/22/2022, and as usual the staff is friendly and helpful. the young man carried out 3 heavy bags of bird seed for me, which I appreciated.
Friendly staff. they have also carried out heavy boxes of cat litter for me. Always appreciated. :)

Pet Supplies Plus is a fantastic place for all your pet needs! The people who work there are always kind and helpful, even going out of their way to get things for me at the cash register when I forget something. They also email me almost weekly coupons and I think their prices are very reasonable! The store is very clean and organized too.

Update 4/18/23
Just left the store and had to share my absolutely amazing experience. Today is my babies 5th birthday so we decided to bring him in to pick out a few toys and get a few cupcakes to sing happy birthday 🎂. The 2 young women who were working today around 130pm are superstars! They treated my baby like royalty and gave him so much love! They even took a great picture of him for their social media page! On top of the amazing customer service we received we got 90 dollars worth of stuff for 40 dollars because of their rewards program and because of a coupon they sent for Papa Bears birthday! Thank you ladies for making my boys birthday extra special!

Pet Supplies Plus in Orange always has what I need for my dogs, cats and birds. They also have a pet food donation area in the front of the store, which I love.
My husband recently bought two beautiful blue parakeets there. The birds are healthy and happy. The price is more reasonable than other local pet stores!!
The staff is always polite and friendly, also very helpful!

Great selection. Helpful and friendly staff. They had all we needed for our new rescue dog and for our resident cat.

I always enjoyed going here..I was waiting for the Vax clinic to come back..the Dr and staff was fantastic and great with my dog...the store has great products for your animals..
