Pizza Hut Express

This new location now accepts cards and actually has an expanded menu; offers Medium pizzas along with party bundle deals and many other items like alfredos, Pizza Hut melts- practically full service. Had a pie there today and it was great- same quality as from the 90s. Absolutely worth the road trip for anyone nostalgic along the CT shoreline and definitely good quality!

Wonderful to see a pizza hut back in Connecticut shoreline. For was hot and fresh. Great staff. Very nice and helpful. Everything looked very clean and taken care of.

They just opened on June 1, 2023, and you can tell. I think you have to be fair and give them some time to figure it out, but they're having some growing pains in the first two weeks.

I stood behind a man who ordered a whole pizza with double cheese and pepperoni, and the woman behind the counter had no clue what he meant by double cheese. I was as frustrated as this guy was just listening to it. He definitely not get double cheese.

We ordered a 9-piece cheesy sticks, and the woman looked at me like the 9-piece wasn't an option, even though I was staring at it on the menu. So I repeated the order and she put it in... but when they gave us the cheesy sticks there were two boxes of three and a half and four sticks each. Now that being said, if you're a Pizza Hut fan then the pizza is fine. And the breadsticks are fine. It's a corporation, so generally what you ask for is what you get. But it is an Express, so it's a limited menu by design.

Also, you should know that this is located in a truck stop between a Starbucks and one of the worst Popeyes in America. The seating area is absolutely filthy and disgusting 24/7/365. It may be unfair to blame Pizza Hut for this since they are the new kid in the building, but it does affect your perception of the place.

The service was very good, and the food was great.

If I could give no star I will. They only sell personal cheese pizza.

They only take cash this what they told me sorry we don't take visa WHAT???

They don’t know ho to give a service to customers? I ask for ranch and blakass be like I don’t have more.😂😂. Rude..
