Erik and Emory did a fantastic job! Not only did they show up on time but they were incredibly nice and inviting. They brought us so many towels which we really needed!

Our representative Jake Taylor has done an excellent job for our location, FedEx Ground South Windsor, CT. Jake arrives with a great attitude every week and is always checking in with our team to make sure we are happy with the service. If we ask for anything, it arrives the next week flawlessly. Jake has made our uniform service a very pleasant experience.

The company is great but Jake, our delivery person, is the best! Friendly, knowledgeable and keeps me in the loop if he's even going to just change a day of delivery. Until he became our rep, I had no idea that they offered more services that just uniforms. I highly recommend Cintas as a company and kudos to them for having Jake Taylor as an employee.

My contact/driver, Jake Taylor, is amazing! Always walks into my office with a smile on face, which is very appreciated. Has been able to answer every question I have, even helping me with billing questions. He's more than a driver, he's mobile customer service.

We only started using Cintas Uniform Services a few months ago, and it was a little bumpy at first getting everything set up, but once we got all the pieces in place, it's been pretty smooth sailing. The best part is the weekly visit from our driver, Jake Scarpo. He's always on time, always chipper, and never fails to ask if there's more he can do for us. Cintas has always been a very professional and courteous company. They are always willing to address and solve any issues that you have. Jake is the nicest driver and a huge asset to the company. If he ever left, I would be disappointed. He deserves high praises. Cintas is the best!!

Tim our current Person is the best, if there’s an issue or a question he gets it figured out and corrected in a timely fashion. The techs have been pleased as well with getting their replacements or size changes in a timely manner. Hopefully we can keep him for a long time to come.
