Showed a picture of what I wanted, they took their time & did exactly what I requested. My appointment was pushed back a bit because it was so busy, but it was totally worth the wait, I absolutely love my nails!

I was being picky for my birthday and wanted a NICE, RELAXING pedicure. The one thing I cannot stand is being pushed through a salon like a piece of meat. The ritual is important to me! Anyway, I moved to New London a year ago and had yet to find a salon I could trust to do a great job AND deliver a comprehensive ~experience~ SO SO happy to have found Q. I legit drove to two other salons today before I found them and THANK GOODNESS they’re here :’)

I will be back as a regular. Can’t recommend this place enough! Clean, careful work. Quiet atmosphere. And bonus there’s a freakin Dunkin Donuts in the same plaza for extra girl treats!

I love it here. They were recommended to me by an employee from Home Salon in Groton because I had to know where she got her nails done. I hadn't had a manicure in over 7 years because I worked in food service. When I came in the staff and my nail tech Lee were so helpful in assisting me with deciding the right service and the perfect color. Lee pays wonderful attention to detail and made my nails perfect. The shape is gorgeous. Thanks so much for a relaxing and therapeutic experience; I will definitely be back (:

I was searching for a new nail salon after moving to the area. I asked on FB and most everyone recommended Q Nails. Booked an appointment for a Saturday 9:30 AM Appt. Lee was very prompt and had me in a chair as soon as I walked in the door. He was very meticulous about making sure everything was near perfect especially when it came to the size and shape I requested. He did exactly what I asked for! The shoulder massage was a bonus! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work! I will be going back and will book with Lee once again! 10/10 recommend!

Everyone does an excellent job here. They take pride in their work and go the extra mile with everything they do. Best I've ever been to and I've lived all over the country. I always feel welcomed and they practice healthy social distancing and take your temp at the door. I leave with a top notch experience and feeling so relaxed. Unmatched!!

This is the first time I went here. They did such a great job. My nails look nicer then they have while. I have been getting my nails done for years,but they never have looked this good. This is my new place. My daughter just went there today and her nails look just as great. I cant say enough about the quality work they do. Thank you Lee! I LOVE my nails.

Easily the best nail salon in the area. We have been to several in the area. They are meticulous, fast, and very fairly priced. We will never go anywhere else as long as we live within driving distance.

I love Q nail salon.It was my first time there and I will definitely be back.It has recently changed owners and I had such a pleasant experience.Very clean and spacious with nice calming music playing. I had an over the top pedicure and I chose a couple extra treatments for my calluses and heels.Great leg massage.I also had a great manicure with a bonus shoulder massage.My new favorite place.

Went in cause my normal salon was closed today, in conversation I told them I was leaving for my honeymoon tonight, they gave me a ten dollar gift card, a fast and well done fill and plenty of well wishes. I think this might be my new regular spot!!
