Forgot to pickup tree stump after arbor removal.

They came out on Thursday and give me an estimate to remove a branch. They said they’d be here Tuesday at 8 AM. Waited all day never received a call saying that they weren’t coming. It is now 6:15 PM no call no text nothing crickets. Totally rude and not customer service oriented I wasted my whole day waiting for them to come. I called them 4to 5 times they wouldn’t pick up the phone I texted him no reply do not use this company!!!!!Isn’t it funny that all the reviews are Hispanic names they probably are the employees that work there just giving great reviews they don’t even return your call when they say they’re going to come they don’t come
