Hands down the best customer service!! The owners are kind and understanding. The quality of the glitter is also amazing. Since I started making tumblers this has been my go to for vinyl and glitter. They really are wonderful people. They give so much and do so much for their customers it blows my mind. ALL of my glitter is from here❤

Glitter Craze has the most awesome glitters. Their Facebook page has great people, that are always so helpful. Lindsey Briggs does the best tutorials on their page. Tammy is the best and always gives us great deals on her glitters. I have yet to find glitter at a great price, as glitter Craze.

I found Glitter Craze about 5 months ago, and I couldn't be more thrilled with their products, sales, and above all.. their customer service!!!!! They are the absolute best!! They work non-stop for the members of their Facebook group and their customers! Great company!!!

Amazing products and customer service!

I have tried to place an order 6 times. SIX TIMES I have had to re-shop everything I wanted. 33 wraps/ items I was trying to order! And every single time I go back to get my order, my cart is empty and I'm thrown out completely to the log in page. And whatever you do DO NOT HIT YOUR PHONE'S BACK BUTTON! I tried to call, the answering machine, from the very number I got off of their website sai this GOOGLE SUBSCRIBER IS NOT AVAILABLE, LEAVE A MESSAGE. What?!!! Google subscriber? Not Glitter Craze?

Worst customer service ever!!! I emailed them regarding an issue with an order and they were very rude in their response to me. I reached out to Tammy regarding this and immediately my other outstanding orders were cancelled! I will not support this business. Shipping is ridiculously slow anywhere from 9-13 days when there are plenty of other suppliers who have fast shipping and phenomenal customer service!! Would not recommend this company. The other thing about this company is you earn points based on what you spend, when they decide that you cannot order from them anymore you lose what you have earned.

Says that the store is open but when I got there they told me that they are closed. Maybe it's me but I don't think they should be turning away customers. Because I'll just go somewhere else.
