Kelsey Aldana: I was making the move from Ga. to Ct. to be with my girlfriend of years. My house was selling for a low price so we were limited in funds. Kelsey worked doggishly to find and show us potential homes (some she had to show us twice) and she helped in making our offer and we found our home. If I were to buy or sell again, I would go right back to Lisa at the Bill Heenan Group. She took all of the stress out of buying a house and made it an enjoyable process. After meeting with her once, she knew what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect home. I had a lot of questions and she was very responsive both day and night. She organized all of the showings around my availability and was always on time. She showed up to every inspection, and given her experience, she knew quite bit about where the inspectors should be looking which saved me money in the long run. Had a great experience dealing with the Heenan Team in both the sale of our house and purchase of our new home . We worked with Kayla throughout the process and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Our house was under contract in a little over a week and we got our offer accepted on the home we fell in love with ! It was a stressful process with the offer on our new home with the contingency of the sale of our current come but Kayla was always there to reassure us throughout the process. She was always prompt in responding to any questions and concerns we had . She helped us get top dollar for the home we sold and helped us come up with a solid offer to place on our dream home . The admins with the Heenan team are also great getting all the information to our lender as soon as they needed it. Buying a home is a stressful process especially when you have to sell yours at the same time but if you’re going to do it I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Kayla and the Heenan team !
