We recently worked with Nina Beebe on selling a house. She worked hard and communicated effectively the entire time. I really don’t think she takes any days off and she communicated daily. She was patient with us and always made sure we were on task. She executed everything flawlessly. I would highly recommend Nina for any sale or purchase.

Had a great experience with our realtor at REMAX on the Bay - she was a relatively new realtor, but when she didn't know the answer to a question she was always able to find an answer for us. However, because she was new, the owner of the agency was the one who wrote out the contract when we put an offer on a house (she gets 5 stars, he gets 2 stars).

We were first-time homebuyers from out of the area and were urged by the owner of the company to require as few inspections as possible in order for us to have the highest chance of the owners accepting the offer. Urged to skip radon, chimney, and several other inspections that we asked about including in the offer. Even before discussing the number we wanted to offer on the home, he began writing out the full asking price on our paperwork.

Now discovering the house has significant issues that will require $$$ to repair/mitigate. We do NOT believe the realtor acted in our best interest. We do NOT believe his guidance was appropriate. We do NOT believe he should be advising first-time homebuyers!

BEWARE of apartments managed by Remax! Horrible communication with the landlord even with a major issue of no heat. Took over 2 weeks to get an actual heating contractor Finally got released from the lease after the heating contractor determined major problems. The apartment listed for rent before moved out, no way all the problems could be fixed. Also gas stove burners not labeled properly and electrical outlets not working and not able to be fixed. Unbelievable that Remax would continue to work with such a negligent landlord.

Would not recommend using this realtor for services. I had two separate experiences with two of their realtors and both were terrible. I have no idea how a company keeps people that are unethical and dishonest as well as rude. One of the posters mentioned the woman on here, I won't mention the other woman. On my experience, this woman lost it for no reason because I was late by 5 minutes. She was crazy. Rude and completely out of line. I was shocked. The other agent; We were robbed our application fee and then had no decency to return it considering the factors that she lied to us to get us to apply. Lost 70 dollars for no reason. She could care less. I went through hoops to get everything I was asked for. I felt taken advantage of. Liars.
This is a poor reflection on the owner who has no qualms on keeping untrustworthy people in their office. Stay away from this place as best as you can. They are much better places.
